I highly recommend Elegant Touch Stonework, Inc. Wendy Rowley was professional, prompt, honest and compassionate with all communication. I wanted to show my wife the granite options and arrived after the store closed due to traffic. It was the one opportunity for her to view the materials due to our travel schedule. Wendy re-opened the store and patiently showed us our options. The granite was cut with incredible skill. As can be seen in the pictures, the veins flow well over seams and through the backsplash. The installation team was equally talented, kind and professional. In talking with the staff at Elegant Touch, it is clear that there is an incredibly positive company culture and strong business policies and practices. I am extremely pleased.

Wendy and the entire team at Elegant Touch were absolutely fantastic to work with. We used quartz countertops in our kitchen and bath remodel. They did the impossible with our over-the-top accessories for our kitchen sink! The installers were so friendly and professional. Would highly recommend. Wendy has a great eye for design and helped me choose Sunny Pearl for the kitchen- a nice warm quartz with mother of pearl shells in it, tried to take some close-ups.

Our countertops look amazing! Everything went flawless from the day we walked in and spoke to Krysta to the day of installation. The installers were professional and the mess afterwards was almost non existent! So happy we went with Elegant Touch Stonework. Highly recommend.

We can not say enough great things about our experience with EVERYONE who helped us from Elegant Touch. From the start with Krysta just giving us space, but also guiding us to the right places and letting us work through our own decisions with the granite selection. (Not pushing us like other companies.) Even making contacting her easy and always responding so quickly if not by phone but by email (and if not available Wendy would) usually same day. To the second step of templating w Joey. Joey went above expectations to make us a stick template so we could pick the exact location on the stone we wanted to use. Both him and Krysta giving us suggestions knowing we are "picky" but never making that an issue in this whole process. Then the install, which was scheduled so we both could be home for it, with Marcus and Matthew was just another great step in the process. They (along with all we dealt with there) were very professional and kept the area clean during the install. Making the install process so easy for us. We already recommended Elegant Touch to a person while shopping for backsplash and will continue to do so. Thank you for making this process a great one. You have a great team.
