AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! YOURE BETTER OFF CALLING HOME DEPOT OR LOWES TO DO THIS JOB IF YOU WANT WATER TREATMENT. THESE GJYS SHOULD NEVER RECEIVE YOUR TRUST.

This company is the manufacturer for the SCAM COMPNAY WTS AMERICA. They will lie to you and willfully keep you from being able to repair or replace parts on your system. They only have ONE DEALER!!! They won't let you work with anyone except the installer you worked with originally. This is a scam company preying on the elderly. I am currently looking into legal action to take against both them and WTS America amd their finance company for predatory lending practices and working in cahoots to screw the customer, offering no options for installers or replacement parts.

I was completely lied to by their scammers that show up at your door and tell you they work for the city. By the time you figure out what lies you were told, it's too late to get out the contracts.

I hope this company and the WTS America company go bankrupt, but people need to fight them in court....did I mention they prey on the elderly...not likely court cases.
