US vertical is a top notch company providing excellent customer service by every staff member.
From start explaining and answering all the questions about plantation shutters,giving detail and reasonable estimate,ordering the material and holding for months till home renovation completed, exceeded my expectations.
Kevin is very professional,knowledgeable and takes great pride in installation making sure every shutter was installed perfectly.
I am so happy with quality and beautiful appearance of the shutters and glad to have found this company.
I highly recommend them for any blind service you may need.

Blinds were just installed today and they look great. Jason came to our home a few weeks ago to give us an estimate. He gave us samples to choose from and answered our questions. Was not a pushy salesman. We appreciated that. He and Keion came today to install and they were punctual, professional, quick to put up our blinds and they cleaned up before they left. Good quality and at a fare price!

Was a waste of time to be calling other companies to give me an estimate.US verticals is where you need to call. They offer great service from the beginning, showing on time, giving a written estimate after measuring all windows. The installation was smooth and accurate in all the measurements. The plantation shutters looks great, the warranty is good. Kevin, Antonio and Jayson did a great job. Highly recommended.

I had Smart Drapes installed by US Verticals. I can't say enough about how great this company was to work with. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and did a fabulous job with measuring, ordering, and installing. The entire team was excellent, but Kevin went above and beyond to help me. No wonder they have 5 star reviews. The moment you walk in they treat you with the utmost respect, even when I really don't know what you need to have your old vertical blinds repaired or if it can be done. Margaret showed me how to take them apart and to bring them to the store, to save me money. They walked me through the process they use to repair the blinds. The were repaired the same day. The staff is very friendly, honest and helpful. Kudos to Margaret and Addison.
