This place wrote the book on customer service! From the moment we walked in and met Chris and his son, Trevor, we knew we were in good hands. Trevor is knowledgeable, patient and attentive, and was always available when we had questions and changes to our home. There is a noticeable difference in the quality and craftsmanship of Jacobsen homes you sense the moment you walk in. I know it's a trailer. We've bought it seven years ago. It's one of the more expensive trainers so I expected things to last longer. The shower pan cracked this past year. I wish I could post a picture I took after I had it removed and a new pan put in. There was no support underneath. Just the sub floor and rolled vinyl. The doorknobs come off and you can't replace with standard knobs. The bathroom trim desentagrates from just a little moisture. I could go on. Consider another manufacturer.

Chris and his whole Family of people up here, did such a wonderful job with keeping me updated on progress, change, and anything I had questions on or about. Absolute nightmare. Worst customer service and craftsmanship ever dealt with or experienced. Brand new home arrived with a list of things wrong and special features ordered were not done. Have been trying to work with them to get things fixed as well as for them to complete the payment for well and septic. This was all covered in the contract that was signed. Buyer beware and just save yourself the hassle don’t do it.

Chris Linton and his staff are amazing people. From the first phone call I knew these people were honest and fair. Our Jacobsen home is an amazing and beautiful house. It cannot be compared to any other dealer in our area since there isn't another dealer around that even sells this quality of a home. We looked at the construction of other home and it just wasn't there. We could not be happier with the house itself and the whole process of getting the home. This is truly a honest and fair place of business that will sell you your dream home. We LOVE our new Jacobsen Home.

A salesman makes sales acting nice but the quality of this place also shows in their contractors work. Have had plumbing issues over the course of 3 years. Keep going under the mobile home to find pipes not glued together, short cuts taken on piping to save money, leaking pipes from shotty short cuts. Would advise having a plumber check there work. That's just the plumbing issues. Mirrors falling off the bathroom walls, electrical issues, crown molding looks terrible. Missing some pillar support plates underneath the mobile home, some are smaller than what the sales sheet Said.
