Aside from the frequent water disruptions of late, everything that you need to do with this company is overly complicated. I just contacted them to have my water turned off when I move out of Florida. First they tell me that I can't put the order in until 5 days before I want the service to end. Then I must provide the closing docs for my property or the warranty deed.
The electric company completed all this for me with a five minute phone call!
Rather than giving the outgoing CEO and his wife health insurance benefits for life, perhaps they could spend more on trying to make things work better for their customers.

I was out of town for a month and got a call that there's excessive water usage when I was on my way back (toilet). Called today to work out a payment plan for the almost $700.00 bill after telling them my car and scooter flooded with hurricane Ian and the best they can do is split it into 4 months...the best they can do.

We received a call from KWAA regarding our water usage DRAMATICALLY increasing (2,000 to 35,000). There was no visible leak. They worked with us to trouble shoot what could be causing the issue. We were able to get a plumber there that day to fix it. Thank you KWAA!
