I am really frustrated with this business. I am coming to Key west in November for my best friend's 60th and wanted to order several items from this store. I call almost a month ago and told Kathy what i wanted to do. She said she would call be back with an estimate. I received no call. I called again two weeks ago and again, she had to find paper to write on and I told her the same information. She mentioned that she would get back to me later, no call. I was going to try again, but after seeing the other reviews I am going to find another business that will communicate better with me and have follow through. Seems this is an on going trend. I am so frustrated. Please, take your money elsewhere than having to do deal with this.

Rented a wheelchair last minute and Kathy was wonderful to deal with. She brought me the chair to where we were and we used it all week. She offered to pick up, but we brought it back to her at the store. So thankful to you all!!

If you are going to spend a day walking in Key West, go here first. Rent a dog stroller or baby stroller to carry all your stuff. The store owner is so wonderful and will even deliver to you in Key West. Great service and rates.

We just love Kathy !!! We ordered from her about 10 years ago for our daughter’s honeymoon and just ordered again for our granddaughters 21 st birthday. She went above and beyond both times. I'm so conflicted as I write this review. Trying to decide between a 2 and a 3 star review.
Ultimately the gift I sent for my family's anniversary celebration in Key West was well-received and very unique - which is exactly what I was going for. HOWEVER, the communication with Kathy is challenging at best. She seems to be a one-woman show and takes on all tasks but ends up very scattered through the process and has some misses. I gave her my list of "wants" and "wishes" as a starting point for the gift. She ended up running around and buying a bunch of the stuff - calling me then telling me she was too busy to talk and then she sends a picture of the package as a done deal. Again, very cool and unique. HOWEVER she never gave me an estimate of the cost!!!!! Granted she could produce all of her receipts but still - no estimate and I felt bad about making any changes since she'd already purchased everything. She refuses to provide an invoice - actually makes you feel like you're offending her by asking - but she expects you to provide your credit card number to her over the phone to pay for it. I did get a picture of all the receipts so I guess I shouldn't complain. Cool idea - and a great way to get a unique gift to someone staying in Key West. But whew! It's a crazy ride.

Great concept, terrible owner. Website showed 3 large coolers, I needed 24qt or less so called in case there were other sizes than on the website. The response was “yes” that they had 24qt or less coolers. Once there, the large cooler was brought out that was clearly too large (matched the large ones on the website where the smallest was 40qt). The lady made several comments about being so busy, how could I know the size of the cooler by a picture on her site, that if she had more notice she would have been more prepared. She finally dug out a smaller cooler available for $10, I asked her about returning it, she said she was open until midnight. I called after our fishing cruise around 8pm & left a voicemail asking if I could return the cooler. Next day after no response we went to the place during business hours - she wasn’t there similar to the previous day. We left the cooler with $10 at the side door of the business and called her to let her know. She told me that in key west anything left at the door is considered “garbage” and went on a ramble saying she’ll be back soon. We waited outside the store front until she was back. After more of her rambling about the cooler being left as garbage, I had had enough, I told her I called last night to return and received no response, hotel was far away so I had to drop off when her storefront was “open” despite her never being there. In the most rude way she told us not to get too much sun (we were clearly burnt). To the lady: Hire 1 or 2 helpers so you can work on your customer service skills, stop complaining how busy you are & allow customers to easily return items. Return phone calls and stop the passive/aggressive behavior.

I called to see if the company could help with an upcoming trip. At first I thought the woman couldn’t hear me but reading through these reviews I realize now that she’s just extremely rude. I called to ask about grocery services, I was rudely told she doesn’t do that, and that it’s been 5 years since she stopped, the website needs to obviously be updated. I asked about what other services she offered and she rudely exclaimed that “I can’t help you if I don’t know what you need.” Since her website is outdated and she refused to tell me what she could offer I guess she doesn’t need any business. She told me she’d text me to see how she can help me plan my trip, it’s been a few hours and I haven’t received a text, but I’ll take my business elsewhere.
