I was praying for them and our mail is being delivered earlier and quicker! If we could make A group effort for Forgiveness and for The Lord to take Command of that center. Then we visualize all our packages, everyone's package being delivered. I am waiting on a package that has been sitting there since Friday! This delay issue has been going as far as I know for about 5 years!
Fed Ex is a great delivery for packages. The best! Also not really a more expensive.
I have not researched but there is a Federal Number in Washington DC, to call and register complaints. They will investigate! Thank you! I will decree for all packages to be delivered! And mail! I never received an envelope mailed from Chicago to Merritt Island! That was Jan 2, 2025!

I have never seen such a bad USPS distribution center. It’s unbelievable to me that it is still open. I have had multiple packages go missing after they reach this distribution center. If you are lucky to not have your package go missing after getting to this center you can pretty much guarantee it will at least be delayed. I have had issues with receiving packages as well as packages I have shipped. I again recently had a package coming from Florida and I myself live in Florida so it should not have taken any longer than a couple of days AT MOST to reach me. I’m now on day 3 and the tracking is saying it’s going to be 3 more days on top of that to get to me. So 6 days for a package to reach me that was shipped within the same state that I live in is absolutely ridiculous. It seems once a package hits this distribution center it just completely stalls and it happens over and over again. USPS needs to step in and see why there are so many issues with packages going through this distribution center. If you are reading this I strongly suggest using any other carrier.

I dont know what's going on there, but this place is hit or miss. They are a central processing center for the entire central Florida, so I understand they have a heavy workload. But how is it that some packages go through there immediately, while others will sit there for days on end?
Today I'm expecting a package that went through there in just a few hours. Meanwhile, I'm waiting on a package that has been sitting there for 4 days. I can't call, can't go pick it up myself, can't do anything to get this package off their shelf and onto a truck. The tracking info says it should have been delivered yesterday. Now it says today, but it also says it hasn't left the facility. VERY FRUSTRATING

My daughter sent my package on January 19, I was supposed receive it on January 23. Now that I have seen the reviews I am very upset to know that my package could just be sitting at this place. I don’t know how to go about tracking my package because the tracking system is saying the same thing. I have very important things in this package. I am very disappointed. Then on top of that They were sending me photos of mail from a whole different address that is not even mine. I will not be using this service to ship anymore packages.in the future.

This place is absolutely terrible. My last package hasn’t moved in days, and it’s beyond frustrating. To make matters worse, they keep sending fake delivery dates that are completely misleading. I was supposed to receive my package today, but how is that even possible when it hasn’t left the distribution center? It’s clear that the people working here have no clue what they’re doing. The level of incompetence is astounding.How hard is it to process packages and provide accurate updates? This isn’t just a one-time issue either there’s always some kind of delay or problem with this place. Do you all not realize that people are relying on you? Packages are time-sensitive, and the lack of professionalism is costing people their time and patience. At this point, I don’t even know why this facility is operational. If you can’t handle the workload or provide basic customer service, maybe it’s time to reassess your priorities. Stop giving people false hope with fake delivery dates and start focusing on doing your job correctly. It’s embarrassing how poorly this place is run. Get it together!

Last year they were on top of stuff. This year this center has delayed everything for no reason. If I have a choice I now choose UPS as even their ground is faster than anything going through this snail center. Someone from DODGE needs to go in a clean house!

I sent a PRIORITY MAIL package on November 6, 2024 with expected delivery date of November 9, 2024. It’s November 14, 2024 and the package is still sitting at the Seminole-Orlando Distribution Center since November 7, 2024 and it hasn’t moved since then. I opened a Claim on November 11, 2024 and no one from the USPS had contacted me to give me an update on my claim. No wonder people are moving to UPS or FedEx to send their package since this place is so bad handling our packages. Someone from higher need to do a thorough investigation/inspection of this facility since their management team don’t care what happened to our packages. I called their direct number several times and it goes straight to the operator which ends up disconnecting the call. I definitely won’t recommend sending your packages or mail through this facility. Someone needs to be fired so that this facility mess can be resolved.

I sent an eBay package from NJ to Florida on Jan.13. It arrived in FL only 3 days later which was great. HOWEVER THEN THIS FACILITY SENT IT TO PUERTO RICO AND IT HASN'T MOVED IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS.IT STILL IS "IN TRANSIT" AND THERE HAVEN'T BEEN ANY UPDATES IN A WEEK. I will not be using USPS for ANY Florida packages any more .
