I always wanted a garage that was completely organized. However, I did not want to spend 3 weeks assembling everything. I found these cabinets easy to assemble and great quality would very highly recommend them. I would give ten stars if I could! OUTSTANDING! AMAZING! A REAL BLESSING!!!

Here's the story (sorry, not sorry, it's kind of long 😄):

Recently I purchased a Member's Mark 5-Shelf Storage Rack kit from my local Sam's Club. During assembly I discovered there were two missing pieces that stopped me from completing the assembly. I followed the instructions provided and sent an email to customer support at Armadillo Tough. This was really late on a Saturday night and I did not expect to hear anything for a few days. Much to my surprise I received a response that very evening notifying me that a support ticket had been opened for me and a representative was working the issue. The very next day, Sunday morning, I received another email letting me know that the missing parts would be sent to me right away. By Monday morning I already had the UPS tracking number and the parts were on their way. All I could think was "Are you kidding me? Nobody works this fast!!!" But how wrong and surprised I was, very happily surprised!!! The folks at Armadillo Tough are truly amazing!!! What a blessing they are. All I can say is WOW!!! I hope there is something I can do to repay this kind of service. I believe this is truly a Spirit-led family at Armadillo Tough, and I am grateful to have become connected with them.

Upon the close ending to my shelf project, It looked as though I needed more pieces. (Extra, that were not included in the purchase)
I e-mailed my request to customer service and they responded in very short time.
I bet they were in the mail same day, maybe next!
I received the pieces to finish the shelf project.
Must say, your customer service is top notch!
They also have a exception products at a reasonable prices.
