Don't leave reviews often but these guys deserve one. They delivered 30 tons of boulders and 20 tons of sand so I could complete a sea wall project. Always on time and accommodating. Great prices and quality materials. Will definitely use for future jobs.

Our company is the largest builder and developer of modular housing in the Florida Keys. One of our developments is Southernmost Cabana, a 21 home PUD in downtown Key West. Charlie Toppino & Sons handled all of the site work, underground utilities including fire systems and sewer.This was quite a challenge with the density of housing surrounding us and tight quarters for equipment. They are also completing a 106 unit project for our company in Marathon called Tarpon Harbor. They have brought in acres of fill and installed water, fire and sewer systems for us. Additionally Charlie Toppino & Sons supplied all of the concrete for over 1000 foundation columns in these two projects. This work was ALL done on a timely professional manner and within budget!

Charlie Toppino & Sons is the only company that I would consider using for the many Keys projects that we develop. They have all of the equipment, professional staff and materials necessary to help us complete a job on schedule, no matter how large or small, with the least amount of headaches and costs. Additionally, Charlie Toppino & Sons is a family owned business that has been here for generations with an impeccable reputation for honesty and a hard work ethic. Employees are extremely disrespectful of your property they left behind so much trash it took me and my wife two hours to pick it all up I guess they decided to clean out their trucks while they were on their lunch break in our parking lot. We are right on the water so if we left it it would have all ended up in the water. The Toppino logo was on all the trucks. They would eat lunch on our picnic tables and leave all the trash behind. Concrete pump company was also to blame but they came out and tried to help us clean. Toppinos guys were the main part of the problem. No respect the trash can is the ground to these fellas. Respect the environment or get lost

Horrible Customer Service and prices double what can be found delivered from Homestead. Rock was full of nails and screws. Rep said I was lying. Look elsewhere for quality, value and integrity!
