Quick loading, maybe 20-30min but this wait outside the truck in a shed is ridiculous. Instead of me taking a break or making something to eat I am forced to sit in 10x15 shed like a dog. Embarrassing

They refused to pay me TONU
i agreed with the brocker the weight for 24,000lbs but when i reached at the site the shippers told me 45,600lbs and he will also add me $100 and if i refused they r not going to pay me TONU. As we have a company lawyer i dont worry i will get paid but truckers becarfule to check the weight before they load u.

Loading is fairly quick, but they could provide a chair or two since they make you vacate your truck. The won't load your truck correctly. They put all of the weight in the back instead of the front. So, don't waste your expertise as a professional trying to make then understand they're loading it wrong.

I got loaded pretty quick, but after finishing tarping you need to bring the paper with picture of the load to shipping office, where you can’t get access until someone will let you in from inside, I wait there ringing the bell for 30 mins under the sun temperature was over 100F. I would never ever come back to this place....

Don't pay attention to poor reviews. People like to complain. The workforce at the FL locations are hardworking and professional, and take feedback and improvement suggestions into consideration if mentioned. Not quite a 5 star rating but a solid 4

Treated like an idiot, made to sit in a shed that stinks. No toilets. Because of smell, forced to wait outside in 90 heat. Not again, very backward set up.
