The customer service rep was very pleasant and diagnosed my need very quickly. She quoted the shipping cost multiple times so that I understood that shipping was not free. i was pleasantly surprised that since the desk was registered and purchased through Costco the part was free. The package arrived in the anticipated 7-10 day period without damage. I thought there would be assembly instructions enclosed but since I had the original manual, reassembly was no problem. The entire project took just under an hour. I highly recommend this product.

My customer service ticket sat for 3 weeks while I awaited a return call - I'm glad I stopped waiting and took the initiative to call back! I received excellent service from Yet, her resolution being fair and expedient. Good thing is you can see the status of your ticket online at all times, along with all updates. Very transparent.

After trying to get someone to help me at Twinstar I finally got connected with Maizie Wright-Richards. Maizie listen to what I had to say and promptly ordered a new heater fan and heating element.
I received it last week and installed it today. Well, guess what? It works just fine. I am so happy with the Customer Service and Professionalism of Maizie. Now this is someone that really loves what they do.
I attached a picture of my Fireplace that hasn't worked in over a year. Thank You Maizie for making this happen.

I am very impressed with this company. This was our third Duraflame infrared heater. They work so well we are never cold even during the coldest weather. One day we had to have the fire department here for a different reason. They noticed our heaters and even commented that we had good heat, so there's that too.
We were surprised that firemen thought space heaters were safe. Our electric bill is also manageable. The website and the service are also great. Even the agent tat called us was professional and patient.

I submitted a ticket on Feb 26...today March 6, I finally got a response ..I was initially told I would get a response in 24 - 48 hours..not such thing..I had to call back in after 96 hours and again was told I would get a response back in 24-48 hours (ticket was escalated). Nope, still not response. I called back in and this time was again told 24-48 hours..I finally got a call this time before the 48 hours were up. My NEW heater stopped working after about a month. The person who called me said they would send a new switch out and I would have to break the heater down to replace it. I told them it was not satisfactory as it was under warranty and only about a month before it failed. she agreed to send a new one but it will have a different model number, but she assured me it was EXACTLY the same. If not , i will contact her back. it will take about 13 days before I can get the new one. While the representative that call me today was very nice and took care of things as I thought they should be , I can not say that the customer service response is good. in fact, i would rate it as poor.

Gigi was very patient and helpful when diagnosing the issue with our fireplace heater. She walked us through the process and when we could not reset the unit she offered the part at no charge and explained how easily it can be replaced.
