I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were immediately very responsive - I sent a quote request for a professional project out to 10 local videographers here in Jacksonville and they were by far the quickest to answer. They continued to be fabulous, working with our company on the pre-production meetings and arriving promptly for the day of filming. Everyone in the office was so impressed by them and they made our team feel very comfortable being on camera in the onboarding video for future employees. The president of our company was thrilled that we got such a great team to help us with our project. Next time we need a video made, I know who to call. As a marketer, it can be tricky to find solid vendors that you can trust who know what they're doing. I am not shy about having high standards and being frustrated with sub-par work, but NOT ONCE was that a concern with them. They always had their stuff together - high quality work and communications. I could’ve hired anyone and I’m so glad I chose Flying Ostrich Media Productions! He was patient when filming, he educated my client and I on how to be “camera ready” and lastly, he gave EXCELLENT DIRECTION! You would be making a mistake if you didn’t, at least, give his company a shot. His prices are extremely fair for his videos, photos and edits. I WILL BE CALLING AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN! Do not rent office space from this company. They rent out their back office for a reasonable price but I guess it’s true you get what you pay for. They helped themselves into my office multiple times, removed furniture that was part of the rental agreement and amount without asking, and severely blur the lines with business and tenant arrangements. This created such a hostile work environment I had no choice but to vacate in the middle of the night to evade the hostility. I asked for a reduction in the amount due from them removing furniture that was included in the rent and they gave only $30 credit! These guys are involved in shady business and violate their own contracts. I am pursuing legally action.

Photographers especially do not rent them! They will use and manipulate you!
