Parrot Key Hotel & Villas - Key West, Florida

Had a really great stay at Parrot Key and probably wouldn't stay anywhere else next time I come to Key West. I found it to be better than the more expensive hotels on the docks. I stayed at the Hyatt last time which was also nice but not as peaceful and serene as PK. Between the 4 pools you never feel like you have to rush to find a pool chair like other resorts. There's always space available and the pool is never too crowded. The room on check in was perfectly clean and the products in the bathroom were better than the standard. I would highly recommend the beach front 1st floor rooms. Some improvement recommendations would be more "resort amenities" for the 50+$ resort fee like pool games, activities, ice pops etc. Also the pool chairs could use a power wash. The shuttle was great and the included chairs at Smathers were definitely worth taking advantage of. I wish there was a later than 4:30 last departure for Duval St which left us ubering alot. Ubers were anywhere from 11-14$ which was reasonable. My biggest complaint though is the lack of housekeeping. They only come when you request it and at that they will clean your room sometime before 6pm which seems insane for the price of the hotel. On days we didn't want to rush to Duval for breakfast we walked across the highway to Grain & berry for smoothie bowls. Overally, I had a great stay and would definitely return.

My stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. We were greeted with a smile by all staff members at all times. The rooms were clean and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, and the view of the water was amazing! All the attractions and resturants were a short golfcart or uber away. I highly recommend anyone to stay at Parrot Key and relax in style. I will definitely be returning soon!

Beautiful resort. Great location. Bit overpriced for what you're getting. But overall staff was amazing and very accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Very consistent with turn down service. Very spacious units. We had both A and B side. Great fr a family of 5-8 easily

The villa we were in was great. It had two full bedrooms and a mini kitchenette along with 2 balconies on the 2nd floor.||||Staff very friendly and accommodating. Never took shuttle offered although it was available. Had to sign up to be on the shuttle. Lyft was simple to get. ||||Location is a distance from downtown but it didn't stop us from going down and hanging out.

The grounds are lovely and the villas are surprisingly large. We stayed in a Key West style, 3 story, villa. It offered 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a living room . The accommodations and the manicured tropical grounds are definitely a 5. |We had breakfast at the hotel and that was disappointing. The service was good but the food was ordinary and overpriced. ||I would rate this a 4.5

Loved this hotel! It’s so nice having 4 pools and a little beach area. The rooms are nice and it’s fun to have your own porch and private entrance. The staff at the bar/restaurant are very nice but it is expensive for the food. The free shuttle to downtown/beach is very nice to have as well. Will be back!

The room was wonderful. We couldn't hear neighbors and the porch was a great touch to stay on the water. The resort kitties were wonderful, very friendly.

Food was okay. Very limited menu but drinks were great.
Location was good to grab a few items from the store but it was about 5-7min from downtown. The resort offered a shuttle to town and the beach, which is great! But it fills up quickly.

The four pools were amazing and even better that there was an adults only pool. Pools were heated but could use a little more cleaning.

Housekeeping was okay. The one day they came, the extra cups were not taken out of the room and the door was accidentally left slightly open (luckily nothing was taken). The following day we had our 'do not distrub' sign up and someone unlocked the door and then left.

All the employees were very friendly.

Best Resort we have been to recently. Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere, Four heated salt water pools in a serene jungle atmosphere including restaurant and bar. Key West was great as well. Our own front porch viewing pool and passers by to say hello to. Just what we needed to wind down. Strongly suggest to family and friends.
