We used Freedom Steel and worked with Perry on our Industrial Farmhouse residential build project and we couldn't have been happier with the process, the level of customer service, and the overall product. Perry and his team were always VERY responsive and very helpful. We look forward to doing another residential project this year with Freedom and can't recommend them enough. I have no clue what some of these other negative reviews are talking about, our experience with both Freedom as a company and specifically Perry, was nothing but extremely professional, responsive, and helpful.

I have purchased several pre-engineered buildings in my 18 years in my own business and for other companies several years prior to that. Freedom Steel was referred to me by a friend who works at a large company in NC that has used them for several of their own buildings and always raved about their response time and consistency. That was a sore spot for me, so I was hooked at the word “Consistency” since I had not experienced any of that before! Absolutely the easiest building purchasing process I have ever experienced, despite some truly difficult circumstances on my side with banking and zoning issues. The initial project manager Jacque helped me understand what to expect from the start and gave me several ideas and later directed me to the project director Perry who then value-engineered the design to help me get to my target budget without cutting any corners and affecting the integrity or even the aesthetics of my structure. Absolutely first class all the way. Incredible service before, during, and after the purchase. Go Freedom!

We had promised to give them a review long time ago but time kept slipping through our fingers. What pushed us to finally no longer put it aside was when I saw the review below which looked out of place. I'm in no way in the position to judge this or any other person, but the description below does not sound anywhere near our experience with Freedom, and especially Perry since he took us through the whole process. In any case, my boyfriend and I needed to expand our mutual business and my art studio back in 2015, so Stan started to do his research and once he finally narrowed it down to his 5 final companies, it came down to us needing to gain the necessary comfort level with our project manager. That's where I was asked to also got involved in the talks. Every single detail we ever asked Perry about, along with all the painstaking changes were covered from head to toe , accompanied by representative visual drawings and pictures, as well as Fed-Exed color chips. I'll give both Perry and Freedom Steel nothing but 5 * and won't hesitate recommending them to anyone, at any time. If detail-oriented focus is your kind of advisor, you'd be hard pressed finding more knowledgeable guy! Here's a picture of our finished shop & office. Ended up with the higher priced Specialty black color as we had set our mind on it!

I purchased a custom designed 2400sf building for my personal property in 2007. Perry gave me the time and details I needed to make the decision to go with Freedom Steel. It was a five or six month decision making process with several changes and I was given another 6 months to take delivery while I waited for permits. I too am in sales and understand when pricing for product changes, such as steel pricing, that can affect the entire project budget. I was able to piggyback another large order that saved me a substantial amount of money if I purchased when I did. I like to get to the bottom line, make a decision and get to work. Perry is no nonsense, direct, to the point too...no fluff. Since then, Perry has referred me and I have shown my building to a half-dozen people here locally who purchased Freedom Steel buildings ultimately too. In the end you get a commercial grade, high quality fit and finish, as well as more American-made than any other company building. I helped two of my friends who were building shops at the same time but from different manufacturers and they both agreed, if they were to do it again they would have chosen Freedom Steel. There is honestly no comparison in build quality. Yes, it might cost more, but as the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for!"

I have dealt with Perry Tabrizi since we started purchasing steel buildings in 2007 with the most recent in 2018. Perry has always treated us with the utmost respect and worked with us on designing and budgeting for our project. The plans arrived as scheduled and submitted to the authority having jurisdiction for approval. The final order was placed immediately following the plan approval and was delivered as scheduled with all components. The assembly instructions are clear and comprehensive. These buildings from Freedom Steel are very easy to assemble with minimal basic tools. I was able to erect my 40' X 50' building within 1 week while completing most of the installation myself and having some friends over for 1 day to assist in the roof structure and paneling. This building is featured on Freedom Steels Web site under "Shops". We are currently planning another building and will certainly be looking to Freedom Steel to provide.

Cassandra, please call me and confirm that you've received the requested revisions from the Clark County building department. I've tried calling and emailing you and I haven't received any response. You have my number and my email.

Josephine, I've already paid for the plan revisions, and you told me you'd have a resolution to my permitting and code issues by Monday 6/15/2020. It's now 6/19/2020 and not only have you not done what you said you would, you won't respond to my emails and calls. Please send me the revised plans and changes needed for my shed asap. I'm now sitting looking at a $44,000 pile of steel in my yard that you sold me that I can't do anything with.

Edit 7/15/2020: Josephine, I was told my plan revisions were completed on 6/23, but I still have not received the wet stamped copies of the revisions. I've sent you several emails requesting updates and/or tracking, and I haven't heard from you since. Please respond again - I'll post on Facebook and Yelp if I don't see the plans by the end of the week.

We have a long standing relationship with Freedom Steel who has supplied our company with multiple buildings to meet the operational needs for each specific operation. Our company provides Airport Environmental Services at multiple commercial airports throughout North America and have required buildings of various sizes based on the unique needs of the airport. At my specific location Freedom Steel we purchased a 30' x 50' building in 2006 used for equipment maintenance facility and a 30' x 60' building in 2009 for our recycling operations facility. Given the quality, price and ease of working with Freedom Steel we will continue to look first to them to provide us with buildings for our future needs.

Really high-quality building which you can see just by looking at in touching the materials. I never knew there could be so much difference between buildings as I already had bought 2 other ones. Night and day, also in the quality of the service and advice overall. They walked us through everything from A-to-Z, even amidst the COVID-19 pace. Certainly impressed beyond measure and expectation. Our 50 x 225 x 16 with a 36 x 225 lean-to, still on its way up!
