Have only had our seating for a little over a year. We had issues from the beginning that were not addressed. We purchased the white glove service for installation but the guys acted like it was the first time they had ever assembled the seating. Due to that, a year later, after no one addressed our issues with the seating not lining up, one section completely broke. They finally sent someone out and said that it had received damage beyond customary wear and tear. The interesting part is the section that broke is the one that we never use. There are 4 sections and it's only me and my husband.

From the beginning, I sent emails, photos and videos of the problems with the mechanism. For the price, I would look somewhere else. My lazy-boy sofa works way better than this and with no customer service. Not worth the money or hassle.
