If I could give a rating below 0, it would be accurate. Our county forced us into using FCC and it has been a nightmare. We were provided with 1 can (you can only use theirs) and any additional you have to buy. Anything outside of the can they won't take. They missed my trash pickup on Monday and gave called them to come pick it up because the only can I have is full since I have to keep adding to it. When I spoke to the supervisor, she told me that if my lid is literally 1 inch raised, they won't pick it up and then hung up on me. They suck. We never had an issue with Waste Management at all. Clay County wants them back instead of the joke of FCC🤡

Wouldn’t even give 1 star to this new trash service Clay County decided upon….no wonder St. John’s got rid of them. We live in a cul-de-sac where multiple vehicles park on the side of the road outside of their driveway. The garbage truck “apparently” couldn’t maneuver the truck to get the trash can where it sits EVERY WEEK for pickup, so now we don’t have pickup this week because of others. Don’t worry, we will make sure it’s in the middle of the road so your drivers can figure out how to drive and maneuver around it. We checked our home cameras and the driver sits in front of the house for more than 3 minutes…just 3 steps away from the trashcan and decides to pull off. A simple jump out of the truck could have avoided this review! And to top it off, terrible customer service by the representative who hung up on me when I expressed my concerns. Do better!

Not liking the new company servicing my area. My garbage is backed up and all I’m told is to go to the dump. Never had any issues with waste management! They took everything! And making people buy a second can for $65 is literally nuts! I have a perfectly nice large one that could be used! Larger then the one you guys provided. Why would I want 3 large cans in my backyard Come on!

This isn't against the guys on the trucks, but the company itself. Worst decision ever to switch to these people for clay county. One trash can per family is bogus. I have my 3 step kids here 50% of the time and my can is over flowing every single week. And you can't be human and accidentally forget your trash, because it's not like you can just wait until next week since you only have one trash can. And to which ever county official decided to switch to these people, you can kick rocks, and I hope you forget to take out your trash.
UPDATE!!! I paid the $65 for a second trash bin and they dropped it off this morning. I kid you not, there's someone else's trash in the bottom of it. 😒

The BCC should be ashamed for switching from Waste Management. They provided good service and you could use your own garbage cans and place overflow bags out and they would pick it up. FCC is horrible. You have to use their garbage cans or they will not pickup. They give out one only. If you need another then you have a shell out $68 per year to " lease" one. It's a total shake down for citizens. Either amendment the contract to allow private cans and eliminate the stickers or end the contract altogether. Right now, I plan to vote out my commissioner.

My trash was picked up on Friday 11/29/24. Went out to get my trash can about 15 minutes after the garbage truck ran. Noticed on two sides of the trash can is all scrapped up. One area looks like it may allow rain water to get into the can. I keep my trash can in an enclosed garage. The trash workers had to of scrapped it all up when the claw picked the can up to be emptied. Totally unsatisfactory!

What a complete failure!! Switching to the same company that St. Johns county just fired. Completely missed our street. Unreliable pick up times. Your poor man at Long Bay Rd. dumpster site is over loaded and people are taking their frustration out on him. Get our old service back!! Somebody must have got a big kick back in order to hire FCC.

We have the absolute best gentleman that does our trash service! His name is Jessie (car # 20349). I am a disabled mother of 4, with two Autistic children. Jessie is always so kind to us and I feel like he goes above and beyond for our community!! Thank you Jessie!
