I recently purchased 4 new units from Bounce Wave.Man these things look amazing! They are very high quality. I've purchased from several different manufacturers and have no complaints but these things definitely stand out I honestly can't see myself going anywhere else now also I guarantee you won't find any better customer service Austin was my sales rep and every single time I called with questions if he didn't answer he immediately texted me and said he would call me right back.

Wanted to give a huge thank you to Chris at BounceWave Inflatable Sales! Chris was extremely helpful from the beginning to end! He went above expectations & helped with custom design / personal preferences. We just picked up 5 new water slides & all new blowers oh even more tables & chairs!! We have also purchased a combo and other water slides in the past. They are still going strong almost 3 yrs in, literally still look new! We will forever be a customer of bouncewave due to the quality & phenomenal customer service. I truly couldn’t be happier! Their units are made to last! Austin and the team at Bounce Wave have been great. As someone new to the industry, their customer service and patience when fielding all my questions is what sets them a part from the competition.
