The best customer service we've had in many years!! I can't say enough about how great this company is. We had a very expensive part that needed a custom repair on very delicate but hard cast metal and they nailed it and custom made a new section for this part. To all my viewers if you need custom stainless steel kitchen,hoods, table's and so on this is your place. This review is long overdue. Mr. Day literally saved the day for us! A table we ordered from a restaurant company to hold the newer, bigger grill we were installing buckled under the weight and posed a safety risk for us and our employees. We had to shut down until we could get a replacement. We were able to find a temporary table but really needed something custom for this mammoth piece of equipment. Day Metal was recommended. After meeting us and hearing our predicament he made us a custom table that was every bit a strong as we needed it to be, as well as being mobile due to the casters installed-and it was attractive to-boot! We feel he and his team went above and beyond to deliver to us a top-notch custom table that allowed us to get our place back up and running, confident that our grill was now housed safely in place. They did not have to rush to our aid like this, but they did. Love having local businesses who care about people and take such pride in their work. Thanks, Day Metal! You guys were such a blessing!

I've been a customer of Day Metal for about 2 yrs rebuilding jon boats. Never thinking about a review .. I was just buying material. Fast forward this week 7-20-21 dropped a templet ( idea) off ... asked for a estimate. Same day maybe an hour got a call back with estimate. The "Team" I'll call them called me back day 2 just to make sure what there seeing/ building is A#1 with me. Now there always has to be drama ... they said first of the week ... unless you need it sooner. Long story short ... I picked up what I'd say was "Art work" 7-23. I will add pics asap. If I could make this a 10 ..
