The Captains, Joe and Alice, were fantastic! The mates, Andrew and Kader, were top notch! Went out several days while in Key Largo. Even on what the crew considered slow days, I caught no less than 6 fish, on good days up to 15! Not all keepers but still fun to catch and release. I caught Strawberry, Mutton and Yellow Tail snappers, Porgies, too many Grunts to count, a remora and the largest catch, a 16 to 18 inch Black Grouper (out of season and undersized, so catch and release). The Captains go above and beyond to get you on hot fishing spots. The mates are running around like chickens with their heads cut off responding to all the calls of, "fish on!" I had a great time everyday we were able to go out. If you want to fish the keys without breaking the bank, I cannot give a higher recommendation, than Sailor's Choice Fishing Excursions!

My husband and I had such a great time! We mentioned when we boarded that we had never salt water fished. They were so helpful and made sure to get us on some fish and helped explain everything! Will definitely come back soon! Great experience!

To be honest with you the only reason that I got on the boat is because this was my daughter's graduation trip and deep sea fishing was one of the things she wanted to come to the Keys to do. I get sea sick but enjoyed the first 3 hours of the 4 hour trip. Also VERY IMPORTANT: Wear sunscreen and a long sleeve dri shirt! I highly recommend this! The captain did his best to make sure that we were in the area where we could catch fish and yes we caught enough for dinner that night. The first mate was on point and was right there when we needed him, he also filet the fish for us to prepare later for dinner. The captain came out on the boat to help and talked with us too.

My 12 year old son and I went on the 9am trip today. We both had a great time and caught enough grunt fish to have for lunch.
The crew, Cater and Andrew were both great!
Fishing time was about 2.5-3 hours (the rest was traveling and repositioning the boat) and it was plenty. Great company and employees!

The guys on the boat were super friendly, brought my son on the trip and we caught enough to feed the family. Most common fish were grunts but we also saw a lot of other fish being caught.

Great fishing trip with a great crew, bring your own rods if you like.. Andrew was super patient with the kids to help them learn to use the rods. Boat travelled to 3 spots, we caught about 15 fish in total. You get about 2.5 hours of fishing not including travel time. Fish cleaning services provided after the trip at $2/fish , then take your fish to the restaurant next door to have it grilled up with veggies and rice for $15.. stay for the fish cleaning and watch the sharks eat up the left overs

Had the best time with Sailor’s Choice! They were so attentive, thoughtful and kind! We had two first timers age 6 and 9 and they really went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. The deckhand , I think her name was Kelsey, was outstanding. She helped my daughter when she was a little sea sick, encouraged her to try to fish , helped her catch three fish and was cheering her on. You can tell that she wants everyone to have a good time and I cannot say enough about her and the rest of the crew! The captain gave us a little extra time fishing, which we appreciated! We caught a lot of fish and had a great time .
