Zach is very messy and will lose business simply for not following up. Took a lot of work to get anything started because it’s hard to get a hold of someone. My first attempt was Oct 12th. Then, Zach sent me to another company to middle-man the design. Came back with the recommended material, as instructed. Still took weeks before I heard anything and had to call him. Now it’s February and I finally decided to do business elsewhere. If anyone knows a reliable 3D printing company, please share?
