This place was amazing! The studio was Very clean, easy instructions to get in, plenty of supplies, full kitchen, pull out couch bed and parking. We brought our boat and had a place to launch, dock it and even store the trailer. Super cute bbq and outside sitting area with a pool. Highly recommend!!

We had a very nice, very relaxing vacation at the tiny home. With several avid fishers in our family, we especially enjoyed the access to the dock right outside our door, and many fish were easily caught. We saw manatees every single day and even saw iguanas in the mangroves on our last night! We appreciated the very clean and comfortable accommodations and extremely responsive hosts. Lots to do in the area and many great restaurants. The view from the dock is peaceful and beautiful and we met great people on both sides of us. You could stay put the whole time and have an enjoyable vacation fishing, boating, kayaking, and relaxing. Thanks again to the hosts!

Absolute BEST vacation stay that we have had yet!!! Relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, full of amazing views, quiet and super friendly neighbors, and hands down the most awesome and down to Earth hosts who treated my family and I like we were a part of their family. The legendary Mr. Bill who resides in the house boat at the end of the canal, is as his name implies, truly a legend. He is super kind and great to converse with. He has many amazing stories to tell and will keep you laughing.
We had the pleasure of staying in the bottom unit, The Paddle House. We had easy access to the dock where we kept our boat and could get in and off of it very easily. The Paddle House was homely, very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and more. The pool was right next door and was a quiet and refreshing place to cool off in. The outside patio and tiki area were very relaxing places to get some fresh air, grill, chill, enjoy the quiet atmosphere, or you could even turn the television on and enjoy watching your favorite game, show, movie, etc. There are even fans above the seating areas that will cool you off a little bit. There are plenty of kayaks and SUPS for use to paddle anywhere your arms and heart can take you. We even got to see a Manatee and a baby barracuda just outside the tiki area.
Mr. JC even went above and beyond and suggested many well marked out areas to take our boat to enjoy a few beaches, the best places to snorkel, and even fish. He always responded very quickly and like we have been friends for years. Go ahead and book a relaxing stay at any of their locations, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back soon and often! Thanks again for hosting us!!!

This is my family’s favorite place to stay in the keys , we feel at home every single day of our vacation, the apartments are super well equipped you just need to bring bikinis and enjoy, every single unit is perfect for couples or families, you can cook watch sports with a beautiful view and enjoy every sunrise and sunset and the hosts are incredibly nice, they answer fast and provide everything we need. Oh and it’s called Manatee Bay for a reason so you may find one or two swimming around anytime , another reason to have everything clean and safe for the ocean !

We had a fabulous time at Manatee Bay Marina for our family reunion! We enjoyed staying in our “tiny home“ with all the comforts, especially lounging on the deck with a view of the water and watching the boats go by.
Our hosts JC and Osmara were very gracious and provided the paddle boards and kayaks to venture out and explore the waters and mangroves nearby, which was a real treat!
We also spent some family time in the pool on the property.
Our family stayed in the adjacent studio apartments on the property and the accommodations were great as well! We would definitely return this area in the Florida Keys!

I can’t say enough great things about this business. I was so well taken care of when one of my boats needed repairs they were able to get me in right away and fix it as priority, and I hadn’t even gone to them before I was so blown away by the hospitality and the care that they put in to servicing me from start to finish. They also worked with me to purchase a boat I have been wanting for years. Julian and Ricardo are so genuine and honest I was really impressed and will only go to them for all of my boat needs!!!

Another amazing stay at the Paddle House. The host are incredible! Very accommodating and flexible. The place was immaculate and well stocked. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. We’ll be back.
