Our tech Yordan was super great! He gave me a call before my appointment to coordinate the best time for me to have him come by. He also took care of our upstairs, downstairs, and garage being very thorough. Yordan was professional and was very kind to my dogs who loved following him everywhere he went! I’m really impressed with this company and the services they provide. Communication is excellent , they always show up on time and respond quickly to every issue that required extra calls. For example, Yordan, who made the run from Miami to the Lower Keys, was so knowledgeable and proficient. Gave me both an hours notice and let me know when he was arriving and performed service for an ant issue I was having. He went above and beyond to treat to make sure the issue will be resolved. We have had service with Truly Nolan for a while now and have been very pleased. We recently had some roaches in our bathroom and I called to have interior treated. Yordan called us to advise he had a cancellation and asked if he could come earlier than our scheduled time. I had my home in Marathon, FL treated by Stella's team out of Key Largo/Miami. I was not present, but Stella completely informed me of the findings and the work being done. We communicated several times (real time) to make sure all my concerns were addressed. Her technician did an excellent job getting to areas with the liquid treatment that were not easily accessible.

I completely recommend Stella and her team for any consideration for termite eradication and control.
