We had a fantastic experience today renting jet skis! Alex was so friendly, and he made us feel well prepared for the adventure! Jet skis were in great condition, and it was cool to be able to explore on our own within the bounds. Will def be coming back!

Had an absolute blast with my brother taking out a Jetski for 2 hours. The ride zone was HUGE and they let you adventure out on your own. Definitely beats a guided tour. Alex was also super friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great experience renting a jet ski here! Alex provided clear instructions and we were off having fun with sea spray and wind in our hair! The water was beautiful and a nearby key provided an interesting destination to explore. The machines are new and fast! Highly recommend!

Booked a rental for 4 showed up after driving to get there just to find out they are closed for the day. Tropic water sports had all my contact info but never called to tell me they had closed for the day so they took advantage of my time. I talked to them via phone and was told cancelled do to weather which is fine but they should have notified me so i didnt waist our time. Please do better. After a posted this review the owner posted that i booked 30 min prior which is a lie and makes u a liar it was 2 hours sir it appears you shouldnt be in business .

Had a great day on the water on 1/2/2025. Staff dockside were great and the jet ski was flawless. 5 stars for the staff and 2 stars for the website and new ownership not updating the website. The list of what will be provided with the rental hasn't been updated, so don't expect sunscreen (you can purchase some there - $$$$$), fluffy towels, bottled water, water shoes, or snorkeling gear. Still worth the rental fee but disappointing if you are expecting what is listed on the website as included in the rental.
