Vincent (the owner) showed up on time. neat and professional.
He explained the process of tracking down the issues.
He did not talk down to me but rather wanted to educate me.

We called around and having an above ground pump was recommended to call Vince owner of Dykes pump service. Vince came out was very through had our pump up and running in less than a half hour . Rescheduled again for a pressure tank and again Vince showed up on time with new tank and parts and promptly installed our new tank. Very easy to work with his word is his honor and his quality of work says enough highly recommend for any well pump needs .

Vincent and Becky were absolutely wonderful!! Same day service and super caring and compassionate to my issue!! Becky wasn't even playing when she told me "I'll have him outta here and headed your way in 10 minutes!!" She ment business lol.. but Vince was awesome at diagnosing my issue and fairly price the fix!! Definitely a number ANY home owner with a well needs in their pocket!!

Vince is so great to work with, 5 star service. Vince cares about your family and wants to make sure you have clean quality water. He had to bring an old well back to life on a property that we bought that had been sitting for years. Installed a new holding tank and chlorination system. He had to visit the property several times with disinfecting etc. Very honest business man! Highly recommend!!

Dykes Pump Service is owned by an honest, insightful, all around wonderful man!! Mr. Vince took the time to explain what was wrong with our pump and what most likely caused it to quit working. He was also up front about everything he was doing and what our repairs would call for. I feel his prices were very reasonable and he was a man of his word! I will recommend Dykes to anyone in need of his services and if the time comes that we may need him again , he is the first number I will call!! Myself and my family are very grateful to Mr. Vince for restoring our water in such a timely manner and when he was running a little behind he made sure to at least send me a text to let me know why and that he would be here soon!! Thank you again Mr. Vince for making the needed repairs and restoring our water!! We will now be a customer for life!!!

I'd recommend Vince to anyone in Keystone Heights and the surrounding areas. Very professional, but down to earth. He really takes his time to tell you as much as he can about the pump, components, and repairs while doing the work. Heavily impressed, I would have gave him a beer but he was on the clock and takes his work VERY seriously. Would definitely call again if needed.

Excellent job. Had no Water at all ... I'm disabled. Had everything I needed and the price was affordable. New everything except the well itself. I Thank my God for water and Dykes for allowing me to hire them. The gentleman had everything replaced and working with in an hour ! Vince answered his phone at 5:30pm and came out right away to help us with a broken pipe. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him.
