I called today because our garbage was left in the container. Thank you for addressing this and please thank the crew that came back to pick up our garbage. I know they have a busy route and that it is hard to get around our neighborhood with all the dead ends. They are much appreciated!!

Received a new can this week. Didn’t see the paper laying on the bottom of the trash can… we are renting this house so figured we are supposed to use the new can that was delivered. Who would have thought that we can’t start using the can until December 30. It’s is December 17th. So I called to see if we could get the trash picked up. So extremely rude little girl was on the phone saying have you never had trash picked up by us before? Did you not use a trash can before? What can did you use last week? And so on. Then she said, well, if you use a trash can last week, wouldn’t it have been smart to use the same trash can this week? I said, well got a new can delivered. She said yes and you got mail, it was in social media, it was in the news and we sent you a postcard all about it what don’t you understand? I said again, we are renters and are her for the month from Michigan. She said I don’t care, what don’t you understand about how to use a trash can? I finally hung up on her. She is a little piece of trash herself. She should be looking for a new job.

Always leave garbage in the road, miss cans on our road weekly, and the latest. They broke my can and left it in pieces at the end of my driveway and because “I don’t have it on video” they charge $55 for a new one. Girls in the office are rude and won’t give information for their boss. Worst garbage company I have ever felt with

Yes I have to complain too about the workers leaving my garbage, I was so angry, when I called the lady that answers what rude with me. But later that day a gentleman called tuck, he came to my house to ask me what was the problem and house he can fix it. And he say that going to make sure that the garbage is pick up on the pick-up date for each kind of garbage 🗑

Update: 8/23/22: called at 8am for a pick up MUCH nicer office personnel this morning. Wow.

2019 - Lady in the office is less than professional. Called months ago for a price for pickup - I was quoted $136.20. Now we understand why people dump trash everywhere. Despite the price our pickup was disposed of properly.
This morning called for another pickup and asked if recycle would be back as they normally do as the truck is full before they reach the end of the street. I was told the gps said the truck had been there and the second truck was for yard waste.
I’m home everyday for the past three years, with the exception of errands - unless something has recently changed or drivers aren’t picking up the correct way, office personnel is incorrect and highly unprofessional. Return attitude warranted.

Guys on the trucks are way more pleasant to deal with - 5 stars for them!

I hate to hear complaints about Keys Sanitary. I have lived at this residence for 37+ years and I think this service has missed my garbage once and that was when one of the workers who had been with them for years had passed. I felt so bad about complaining. The persons on the phone are always friendly and the drivers and big guys on duty are as nice and efficient as I could possibly expect. I am so glad to have this service.

This company is horrible, half the time they don't empty the can completely, will only take the recycling if it fits their blue can. If you leave a box out thats too big for the can they just leave it. Too lazy to toss it in the truck. This is a service we are forced to pay for because if we got to choose they would be out if business. I would cancel my service if I had a choice. I recommend the keys find a new provider for this service, one that will actually work.

3 times a week, rain or shine, only Christmas Day off, Key's Sanitary Service has been on the ball since we moved in 15 years ago. We're very lucky to have them, everyone is courteous.
