I have attempted to contact Artefama by email and phone multiple times over a two week period and they will not get back to me about my order.
I received a table and it is extremely poor quality. One image shows that the pads of the legs aren’t centered on the hole. Another shows the legs with some sort of glue residue and when trying to remove it it scratches the finish. And then the images of the table top shows the visible difference of the two bird used to create it. The boards aren’t even flush and the knot is the board is visible and rough. Not to mention the line isn’t even centered on the table top. None of the images online show a table top that is anything other than smooth and flush.

Ordered a table from Artefama. The top was delivered but no legs with it. I contacted Artefama (rep was named "Paulo S. da Costa") and they told me it was the delivery company's issue. I reached out to the delivery company and they assured me all Artefama gave them to deliver was a table top without legs. I alerted Artefama of this and they promptly cut off all communication with me. They haven't replied to multiple emails/calls in weeks. I finally had to dispute the credit card charge. Now I have this hunk of useless table top to dispose of. I wouldn't have minded waiting for a set of legs but the refusal to respond after getting confirmation from the shipping company of Artefama's mistake is unacceptable. I suggest avoiding these guys.

Received table damaged and not solid wood as described. Literally tried to contact customer service 10 times either by leaving a message, emails, and through the contact us on their website. Caution no live customer service must leave a message. One thing I must say I ordered on Saturday/Sunday received Tuesday. The only reason for one star
