they will rip you off!

Update: We sent an email 2 days ago, no response. I already know they will not talk to us on the phone. Our honest review received a message that they have fake reviews, take responsibility for ripping off multiple customers!

Update: That is a blatant misrepresentation. The food truck came late and you were rude stating it was not your fault and there was nothing that yoy can do. The food truck came damaged, your delivery drivers hid it from me, and the cord that you sent was not wired correctly and I had to have an electrician make me a new one. This was not a low voltage issue when the lights were smoking and sparking, light switches that were popping and smoking, the cord that was not even properly made and got super hot, instead of sending someone out it took a almost a month for you to get someout out, AFTER i had the broker reach out and beg for you to honor the warranty. I actually called a certified electrician who said he would be a witness why he had tk rewire the panal and make a new cord. When I called, you mentioned you were too busy to assist and were uncertain about who could come out. Your tone was extremely rude and condescending. Instead of dispatching someone to help, you insisted I send pictures, and it appeared you didn’t comprehend them. I inquired why a technician couldn't be sent instead, and I can provide evidence of our conversation.

Moreover, you misled the broker by claiming you delivered a new generator, which is recorded on their end. I have witnesses who can attest that your statements are untrue.

Additionally, I was unable to generate any income at all your repairman neglected to inform you that I needed a new fryer for 2 weeks, than that took over a month to even order because he forgot to let you all know. And charging for a new fryer? It was warranty work because the fryer stopped working. This oversight delayed the process by a month, and by then, the food truck season was over. I received the food truck in June, yet it took 5-6 months for you to resolve the issues. I had to call my own electrician to fix the problems that your repairman could not address.

We are losing the food truck due to your poor customer service, and the food trailer posed a fire hazard. I am requesting a refund and will continue to pursue this matter until I receive what I am owed.

I will provide text, and witnesses and get a copy of the recorded line from Archer financial.

I would like to see the other excuses that you use for the other customers that you ripped off.
