I really enjoy working with Tropical Labs. I traveled all over the south east looking for a contract manufacturer beginning in 2019, and this company stood out above ALL the rest.

My company started off with a vision four years ago, and Tropical really brought it to life. From branding and packaging, to formulation and consistency - the final product far exceeded what I envisioned. My customers love it as well, and we are going to work with Tropical to bring additional products to our line next year.

Anytime an issue or problem arose during the product development process, Tropical was always quick to make it right. Needless to say, these guys are awesome and they have earned my trust.

Aldo has been a pleasure to work with. He always has a fantastic attitude, always gave great feedback to help and guide us, and ultimately helped steer our product into what it is today. He's awesome. Both my wife and I love working with him.

Tropical Labs has been a dream to work with. From the initial call to the detailed sample process, they have been professional and prompt in their response. What was amazing was that they really listened to what my vision was for a new product and transformed it into a working, viable product that is both sustainable and affordable. They were able to capture the vision and concept and turn it into a reality. I could not be happier with the end result or the entire process along the way. Kim and her team were all very polite and informed to the trends in the skin care segment that we were creating. They were affordable and exceeded my expectations with the finished product. I loved that they pushed me along the process and came in early on the time frame originally discussed. That just does not happen and I have recommended them to several friends who are developing OTC and sun block products. Thanks so much for great work!

Cluster from start to finish. Run. I can't even get a response a year after they took my 50% down on a production run and never made the product. Stupid me.

That was my second product with them. The first one took 7 months longer than it was supposed to, arrived and the tubes were exploding because of a micro issue. They begged me to give them another chance. Don't even hit the website. They're a disaster.

Probaly the best experiences of all times and definetly a customer for life.Its no surprise that there are several skicare manufacturing companies but I have never experienced this type of positive experience/service. First I want to say the Tropical Enterprises are experts in the industry and have amazing staff. They are creative and outside of the box thinkers. I enjoy working with Tropical and I woud encourage evryone to check them out. They have fast turn around times and they educate you on everthing that is involved with your project. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Signed a forever customer.
