I first started working with Joe a year ago to get new rails for our backyard. He was great to work with until he was no longer taking the lead on our project. We then got Jarrod who took a long time to get them to put the rails in. It took forever. They would tell us they were going to show up and didn’t. We didn’t mind waiting as long as the rails were placed and looked professionally done. Once they came to install it was done incorrectly. It had to be sent back. After the second time for the install there were mistakes. The picture below is the second install. There were more imperfections like scratch's, rails bolted in uneven. Installers did not know what they were doing. Jarrod got so upset with me regarding their mess up. He was cursing me out and threaten to put a lien on my house if I didn’t pay the rest of money which was owed. He told me he would fix it one last time and if there was any imperfections he would not be fixing it. At that point I decided to go with a different company and loose my 50% deposit since I had the rails in my possession. He was unprofessional and out of line. Does not communicate well. Thankfully Vilo fence was able to fix their mess. Please do not use FL Fabs Works.

Buyer beware. Do not hire this company. They are dishonest, do not keep their commitments, and attempt to shake you down for extra money before finishing a job. They quote one product and supplied installed an inferior product. Do not do business with this company.
