As the legendary Winston Churchill🫡 once said:
"Healthy citizens are the greatest asset any country can have." 💫And I'm like, "Yaaas, Sir Winston, preach!"
But let's get real - how can we save the world (or at least our loved ones) if we're barely holding it together ourselves?
As a Baby "Blooh-mer," I've learned that prioritizing my health isn't selfish, it's essential.
That's why I trust Rayus with my well-being in my humble opinion.
For years, I've experienced the Rayus difference. From the moment I step into their friendly reception, I'm treated professionally.

After waiting for a few minutes, Nicole, greets me with a warm smile and whisks me away to my appointments.
She's like a "Ninja", anticipating my every need, even providing a metaphorical "fancy bag" for my belongings!
The waiting room is tranquil, complete with refreshing water and a team of superheroes keeping me informed every step of the way. And when it's all done, I feel like I've conquered the world (or at least my health goals)!
Being a health hero isn't easy, but it's worth it. So, let's do this, friends! Let's prioritize our health, our families, and our well-being.
Our bodies (and our loved ones) will thank us.

Eileen at the front-desk is the singlehanded reason my incorrectly booked appointments occurred as they should. I highly recommend her to ensure you have efficient and orderly scans. The technician Ally was also very friendly and competent. Thank you ladies.

Everyone there was nice enough and I didn't have to wait long BUT they sent me home with SOMEONE ELSE'S MRI disc and I didn't figure it out until the doctor told me. When I went back next time for a CT I was sure to check the disc after myself and it is BLANK. So I have to drive back there tomorrow if they even have my actual scan. Kind of a joke of an operation.

Very unprofessional front desk. Jolene (sorry if misspelled the name) is rude sarcastic and condescending. Also she was having breakfast at the front desk while assisting patients and could barely lift her head up to acknowledge patients.

After waiting 20 minutes, I asked about the wait time and Jolene said to me "Just because you came in early doesn't mean your appointment time changes"
Meanwhile I waited almost 30 minutes past my appointment time. Which I was ok with but the rudeness and unprofessionalism is unnecessary.

Smiling and being polite should be part of the expectations of any employee.

Literally impossible to have anyone pick up the phone so that I can make an appointment! The recording states they have an upgraded operating system and the wait time may be longer than “normal.” Well, this morning I waited on the phone for 15 minutes and now 19 minutes. I hung up in frustration. This new system of their’s isn’t working for patients or doctors! No one can get through to them. Ridiculous and a waste of time! No different 6 months ago!!

Do not come in the afternoon! They are very slow!!! Rude front desk ladies. I came to pick up results and Eviana was doing nothing, looking at the computer screens and told me to wait for her to call me when I approached her to ask a question. When it was my turn she sent me to another window. She wasn’t doing anything just holding up the line. Nov 5, 2024 5pm!! Hire someone that wants/needs to work!

Hopefully you have all day to wait. Brought my mother here for a 11:40 time, she was told to be here 15 mins early and if she was 5 mins late her insurance would be billed and they would attempt to squeeze her in. Here it is now 12:00 and the desk people told her it could be an additional 30 min wait. Blaming it on a new system( how is that the patients fault the staff doesn't know how to work their new system) if you can't honor your appointment times why operate on an appointment base system vs first come first serve. They are also not nice or pleasant. Very rude, and attitude towards people. As I read the mission statement on the wall,they in now way live up to it, corporate doesn't care as long as the checks clear.

30 minute line to check in. Then a one hour wait, but they demanded I arrive 30 minutes early.
The place apparently has a bug innfestation.
