Highly recommend these guys. After multiple disappointing experiences at three all their local known slaughter houses I brought a beef to these guys and they did an exceptional job. They did great wrapping uniform and clean with butcher paper. They followed instructions on what I wanted, but most important overall I got all my beef. Thank you so much for your professionalism and courtesy the only thing I wish is they did USDA wrapping or even vacuum seal but so far the butcher freezer paper yes holding a great. I Will return soon

I do not at all recommend this slaughterhouse.
Very difficult to communicate with and very unprofessional.
I bought a full beef that was cut and wrapped there and should have been done in advance of my vacation and was not. When I returned and tried to coordinate pickup, I asked when I could pick up and was given a time and agreed to it.
This is three hours away each way for me. So I confirmed and then came. No one showed up or responded to my calls or texts.
Another customer came and was able to somehow get contact and someone came later. I was able to pick it up 1 hour and 15 minutes after my agreed upon time.
I didn’t get a response back until 3.5 hours after my original time to see if someone showed.
And then only an apology that they planned poorly not an actual apology for my time.
Save yourself time and money and frustration by using someone reliable.

I will also add that their response below is inaccurate and un authentic. This had nothing to do with a hurricane or any thing else.
If you text with someone that they can come the day before, then you show up for them.
Don’t throw hours of operation in a rebuttal when you offered the time.
Be professional or simply say that isn’t a good time. Once you offer a time and agree to it, it’s up to you to honor it. Regardless of circumstances. Communication is key!

Customer service was amazing. Facility was clean. Animals were processed and packaged quickly. Packaging was done very well and marked clearly. Great experience. Would recommend.

This place is a dump and infested with roaches and poncho lets his wife raise prices at will and as for as getting your deer processed there, they have the highest prices in Florida… they don’t do link sausage and you never get all of your meat… They jumped from 70 a deer to 3 dollars a pound.. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them…
