We spent about a month researching different jetted tubs, locally and online. Our two main factors determining our selection were the number of water jets, and pump horsepower. Very few companies make what we wanted. Some had a good number of jets, but low horsepower. Others had good horsepower, but not many jets. We then found Hydro Massage and loved their vast choice of options and tub types. We went with a 66”x36” alcove tub, ungraded to gold level, with extra jets for back, for leg circulation, and for foot massage. They were super helpful with selecting options and tubs that would work for our install, and patient as we changed our minds a few times before finally locking down the right tub for us. The tub depth, powerful 3.25hp water pump and 1.25hp air pump exceeds anything we found in any other jetted tubs, including Jacuzzi! And no other product made in the U.S. offered as many options for jets. We can’t wait to get our new tub, and looking forward to adding more to our review on how satisfied we are sure we will be!

I can’t think of a better purchase I’ve made maybe since an engagement ring for my wife 25 years ago. I called and talked to Frank, who is in sales, but he’s the only type of salesperson I enjoy dealing with. Full of information, didn’t get put off by my many questions, left me feeling more educated, and didn’t press me to buy. I got to know exactly what was required for this to work in my home (the 440x is an industrial grade machine). Also, I’m not likely their typical customer, I’m not buying for a chain of health clubs or spas, just a 1 time purchase for my house, but I was never made to feel that small. I got the machine in just over a week, the communication and performance by the delivery team was great.. they uncrated it, carefully removed all the panels to do so (which helped save me time to set up).
The best part now is the machine itself. It is a little loud, but using an area rug underneath helped. The payoff is my usually tight and stiff lower back feels so loose. My neck has a herniated disc and it feels far better, it works your legs just as well, and you can adjust the water pressure and scope of massage very easily. It’s an amazing feeling waking up the next day, knowing I can go golf without a tight back. Results may vary by the individual, but this is a home run for me.

These are the real deal. I have scoliosis (35 degree curve), work out hard and always have muscles that are super tight for those 2 reasons, even if I don’t work out. This is a necessity for me to start off my day before I stretch and it cuts down on the expensive massages from a good masseuse. I’m buying one for my house soon just so it’s more convenient than going to the massage place everyday. Thank you for making me feel 10 years younger, everyday.

Beautiful location. A little hard to find at first, but on the third drive around I finally gound it. I tested the old and new model hydromassage beds and the lounger. Decisions, decisions! I will probably do the newer model bed and a lounger, which is surprisingly comfortable and easy to get in and out of. I toured the factory and the staff was courteous. Everything was neat and orderly.

As a 6'7" person I have struggled with chronic back pain and discomfort. After my first trial of the HydroMassage chair I got a full body massage in an easy to use lounge that I actually fit on! I was able to target my trouble areas using the touchscreen controls and felt a noticeable decrease of the pain I was feeling after just a 15 minute session! I highly recommend that you try HydroMassage at your local fitness center and if you don't have one at yours, tell your store manager to get one!
