This guy knows his stuff! I had a rig I built myself for 5 years that could’ve been running so much better than it was if only I’d brought it to him sooner. I purchased a mid rage GPU and CPU that I tried to install myself to no avail. I asked him to install it instead and, due to his connections, he was able to get me a graphics card which is a whole generation better than what I had at the time for only a little bit more than I paid for the one I asked him to install. At the same time, he also was able to go through my PC and optimize all of my settings to make sure it runs to the highest capacity possible and fix some mistakes I had made when I built the PC years ago. Funny enough, I’m so thankful that my motherboard shorted out so that I had to bring it to him, otherwise I’d still be running 60FPS max on all my games. My computer was only running at 30% optimization and he cranked that baby up running beautifully. If you’re new to PC building and have questions or you’re having issues with your current setup, come talk to Mr. Brown. He can help you get the parts you need and even assemble it for you at a reasonable price. HOWEVER, if Mr. Brown is working on your PC and your issue LET HIM WORK. He WILL call you when your job is done. Calling him to check the status every other day will only slow down the process for you and for his other customers. Call him for any legitimate questions, of course, but don’t call just to ask if it’s done. Like the sign in his shop says: “You can choose 2 out of these 3 options: Done RIGHT, done CHEAP, and done QUICKLY, this isn’t Burger King” Great guy, great business, great service.

I have been meaning to write a review of this business and its owner Chaiyz Brown. I have purchased a 1 yr service agreement , a DELL laptop and have had him help me with several computer or tablet device issues the past two years. He is very intelligent and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of computers and tech. He solves problems quickly/in a timely fashion and is very fair and affordable. I highly recommend him.

Gamer home built, ROG Crosshair VI,. mother board amd 6800xt, vid card, had issues getting system to update and slow overall performance. He installed a new 2 tb ssd to replace the hard drive. Couldn't get vid card to update changed sys to uefi, and made a new friend as well. Very intelligent and knowledgeable, and super reasonable in price. Chaiyz repairs computers with a total desire for perfection on completion. He has done several computer repairs and upgrades for me over the past 4-5 years, with none having to be returned. Even replaces missing screws that match - that's attention to detail. It is understanding why when you call that (1) he cannot diagnose a problem over the phone, and (2) he is a small one person owner of the business. His hours have to fluctuate because of leaving the store occasionally to make a home repair appointment. Simply call to make sure he's in, drop off your broken item, allow adequate repair time, and you can be assured IT WILL be repaired to highest standards. His fees are much more reasonable than big box stores, and service is family oriented.
