These people will take your money and forget you exist until you become a thorn in their side. They will lie to your face, shake hands, and throughout the process of the work, give you 0 communication as to what is actually going on with your boat/engine. Long story short, I purchased what was supposed to be a brand new Suzuki 200, turn it on the first time and it has 50 hours on it. This was never disclosed to me. The wrong steering was installed. No fuel water separator was installed, and as a first time boat owner/repower, I didn't know my old set up didn't have one. You'd think they might call and ask if I'd like one for an added fee? Nah. There have been so many issues and Tiki has been mute in finding any resolution for me after taking $20,550 from me. Dealing with this business has been awful and resulted in an Amex dispute that has gone in circles. Bob and Alex, you have my number if you'd like to rectify the situation. 0 stars if I could

This might be one of the worst companies I've done business with in all my days. Repowered my skiff which took 6 months and a ruined vacation because they owner made promises he couldn't keep. The owner lied about what HP engines were available. They lost all my rigging items from the old motor and didn't do anything about it. Now because of their terrible work my steering is locked, the trim tube is corroded. Upon review I noticed they put the o-ring on the outside of the nut. That should tell you the quality of mechanics they have working there. Frankly I feel bad for the employees. I had to go down there every day to ensure they were working on my boat. Their response was we sold boats at the nautical flea market that didn't work properly at the dock/sea-trial and those took priority when they sold them a week before. I would never buy a boat from these guys....STAY AWAY!

What a joker! Good old Bob, oh wait did I use good and Bob in the same sentence. Whoops. There is nothing good about Bob, the owner. I have a friend who brought his boat in for an easy, or that's what Bob said, motor swap. No problem right? Wrong. Took six months and it wasn't even the hp he ordered. On top of that they flat out "lost" his rigging for the motor they swapped out. Please do not, I repeat do not use Tiki Water Sports for any of your boat needs. There are so many other great shops that will actually take care of you in a timely and professional manner.

Beyond amazing service!!! After 2 mechanics couldn’t figure out how to fix the engines on my Pursuit, I pretty much gave up, until bringing the boat to Alex and the Tiki team. Within weeks they figured it out, fixed the engines, and I was finally back on the water with my family. INCREDIBLE!!! Especially living in the Keys!!! I can’t thank them enough. Next, we brought our Actioncraft to be rewired with a new engine…Tohatsu. Again, super fast and great pricing. Time and $ are everything…5 stars! Thank you Alex and Tiki Team! 😊🙌🏻✨💛

Editing this review to say that all the 5 star reviews that have been posted after February, are all friends of or related to the owners. How sad to make up fake stories just for fake reviews to make an awful business look “better.”
I wish I could give 0 stars. This business is AWFUL. Buyer beware. They told my boyfriend he was getting a brand new motor but when he turns it on after waiting 2+ months for it, it has 50 hours on it. The steering they put on it is wrong along with plenty of other things. Now they won’t start his warranty. NEVER use Tiki Watersports!

I give this company 5 stars! Bob and Alex were amazing, they helped me get a trolly motor. The process was fast and the work was flawless. It was also super affordable. I will definitely be back in the future for any boat issues or purchases. Thank you guys
