Super bad customer service, they put me on hold several times to serve other people as if my time was not important too.

Not sure why i even bother with this place anymore: placed an order online, realized it was not going to arrive in time.
system showed it had not shipped. called to cancel order. the employee told me "it had gone past the point where he could cancel it, but he did not know what that point was" told me "my only options were going to be to refuse or return the product." employee on the phone was rude and condescending. could not tell me if it had actually shipped, if there was tracking, what carrier would deliver it, what location it was shipping from. basically told me he had no other information available to me then what i could see my self in my order history. Really gives you the warm and fuzzies to know that you get better customer service from a kid at a fast food place they dont want to be at then you get from a company where you pay a premium price for good and services.

Great service. Salespeople are very professional, courteous and friendly. They do their best to help you resolve an issue.
The only con was you are notified that your order is to arrive by a certain and it still shows outstanding on that date. The products wasn't checked in and you aren't aware what item didn't arrive until you pick it up. I had to call before going to pick-up my order.
The salesperson cancelled the items missing and did an expedited reorder. Again great service.
