Paid 300+ for processing, filled out a cut sheet and ended up with wrong cuts and missing product. (Probably the wrong animal too)
What we did receive still needed processing. The only thing that was acceptable was the sausage.

we had 2 cows done there. absolutely disgusting! everything is cut with a bandsaw or something bone dust in everything. the meat is gross! the only way I could make it edible was to spend hours cleaning it up myself and and running it through a grinder and make burger. I put two steaks on the grill and the dog wouldn't even eat it. I ended up throwing most of it in the garbage. Never, ever, again. Don't waste your time or money.

So yeah, we’re missing a lot of meat and the cuts we got were horrible!
1/4 of a cow 2 years ago with a different processor filled a whole 16 cu Ft deep freezer and then some. A whole cow should not be the same. Furthermore, where’s all my ribeye and TBone at? 6 packs from a whole cow? Never again!

Horrible, sloppy processing...
We had a whole steer butchered with them. Maybe they were in a hurry or something... All of the burger has tiny bits of bone in it, and I had the pleasure of biting into a rivet that had apparently broken off one of their machines. Cuts are poorly executed and packaged with bone dust all over them... I planned on sharing with family and friends and am too worried/embarrassed of the processing quality to give any as gifts.... Have your beef processed elsewhere, we sure will...

Even though Nettles does sometimes make minor mistakes in organizing beef post-cutting, they have a super clean facility, readily available USDA inspection, and a kindly/proficient crew. I staunchly recommend their beef-processing service.

I must once again reiterate my high regard for these people. They just gave me back an absolutely perfect order with all the special cuts I asked for. Tremendous rib cap, boneless ribeyes, and back ribs. Thanks again, Nettles!
