Friendly fast propane refill, clean tidy store. They answered the phone at 8 AM when they don't open till 9...which I think is unusual service. (Web hrs need adjusting but they answered very nice!)

These guys are totally awesome! Our gearboxes went out on both our slide outs, at the same time, while staying local at Key Palms RV. The only RV service shop in the Keys and service booked up for weeks, they changed their schedule and got us in next day. They then set the whole team to work on getting us back on the road and continuing with our vacation. Cant thank them enough 🙏

Jack and the entire staff have been so very helpful. Our inverter went out due to a faulty power pole. Jack and team investigate the issue for us before we lost another inverter. If you need RV repairs they are most definitely the people to see in key largo

Holiday RV/Marine is AWESOME! Our AC went out in the middle of a camping trip to the Florida Keys. Co-owners Melody & Jack immediately took a personal interest in our delimna and resolved to find a way to save our vacation. In just two hours they had everything working perfectly. They are THE BEST!!!

Do not use this company. Very poor customer service. I purchased a 5th wheel that the seller had hired this company to remove all the Black and Grey water tanks. The company failed to do thier job and finish the work. I spoke to Lou and he made an appointment with me and said they would finish the work. Two days later on the appointment day no call no show. I called and no call back. I had to return to Arizona a few days later to my primary residence. Fast forward 3 months to last week. I call and explain the deal to his office person and asked her to have Lou call me. Lou never called. Two days later I called back and got a little pushy and told her I was getting a run around and didn't appreciate it. Next morning Lou called me first thing. However he said he would give me an estimate and wouldn't fix it because it had been so long I explained the women that sold me the trailer was single and older and would have never known the sink was just dumping on the ground. He tried to tell me someone could have been under there and took the pipe because its been so long. Ya right ! Bottom line he initially agreed to come fix it and was a no call no show and now he still doesn't want to finish the job so I'll be paying another company to do ut and then filing a lawsuit in small claims court. Hope this little pipe installation that woukd take 20.00 in material and less than 30 min to fix is worth all this to him.

Holiday RV was a key partner helping to maintain and protect our travel trailer while it was in storage for more than two years during the pandemic. They communicated very well electronically since we were more than 6000 miles away. This included doing a number of inspections and installing UV/weather covers. When we finally arranged to fly in to pull it out of storage, the team had checked that the unit was leak free and all systems were working. We also arranged for them to do a full axle service as well as replacing the batteries and tires/wheels. The services they provided were good value and they were very supportive given that we were unable to predict when we would be back. Thanks for being a great partner!

22 forest river has more problems then any used camper I've seen and they ignore us and what ever the broken part of the camper they said we did it. They Lie about warranty and now block our calls.. Have a soft floor and he said it's OK. Same I had to leave 1 star to make a review
Edit part.. The camper has faulty wiring and blew out 4k from my wallet and no response from warranty after numerous calls and emails...
