It was a long shot taking something so small like a smoker box wood chip tray that desperately needed repair to a metal fabricators that works with mostly with large pieces of metal, but when I was referred to Dunrite Metal Fabricators I was greatly surprised at how friendly and accommodating they were. And not only did they do an amazing job in repairing a rusted through wood chip tray, the price was great too :). Thanks Again Dunrite...

I had a terrible experience with this company. Not only was I yelled at by one of the employees on two different occasions, they also were late making the produced that I ordered. There was zero communication to me that my product was not going to be made on time, I had to call them 3 different occasions, each time I was rushed off the phone and told I would be called back and never was. I was treated so poorly and meanly that I was brought to tears and felt compelled to write my 1st review ever. Some of their employees are completely unprofessional!!! They do not respect their customers!!! I have never been so disrespected when trying to purchase a product. One man even hug up on my after he proceeded to yell at me and cuss at me. I will never ever order anything from this company again! There are other fabrication companies on the same street, USE THEM!
