Very safe and clean staff working was very friendly. Our captain was awesome. Waters were really rough and couldn't catch any fish so he made sure we would catch some. Went back to dock and had a blast there and caught tons of fish even a shark. Kids were so happy. Everyone we saw very friendly. If you want to reserve a fishing trip ask for Captain Pete Jacobson. He treats you like a friend or family. My Kiddo's think the most of him.

Reserved a haul-out, charged me for a haul-out. Didn’t need the haul-out, so I cancelled. Promised to refund my money. One month later, I had to call my credit card company to intervene. All of a sudden, they never heard of me. Stay away from these people.

We reserved a boat slip and we’re charged for the full length of the stay, three days before planned arrival date. We cancel the reservation the same day and have yet to receive a refund. We have gone in person and attempted to call. Phone has no voicemail ability and no one in the boat yard could help us.

I have had a nightmare experience with Alain and his brother Chris. I took a boat to get bottom paint and was quoted a price over the phone. When I arrived with the boat the price went up 20%. Since I was already there I accepted the price and picked out a color. I was promised it would be ready in 3 days. After 7 days I popped in to look at the work and pick up the boat. It had not even been primed. I was promised it would be ready in another 3 days. After 2 days I was called to say the color I selected was not made anymore. Why they figured this out so late was upsetting. Alain volunteered to discount the bill for the bad service. He called me a few days later to say it was ready and to pick it up. 2 days later I went to pick it up and Alain was not there but his brother Chris was. I asked him to put the boat in the water and to ask Alain about the discount. He refused to call Alain. His attitude was very hostile, and I was fuming by now. I decided to pay the bill in full and not have anything more to do with them. He then said he would not release the boat to me and I was to return to key largo when Alain was working to get it. I have never been so livid in years. This is the first on line review I have ever done. But this needs to be heard.

Took my boat in for fiberglass repair, bottom paint, 100 hour check. Unlike most places in the Keys, they went to work right away. Prices were very fair and work outstanding. Hard to find quality service in the Keys sometimes, but this has been perfect. Staff is so helpful and I totally recommend.
