Beware of IMT Logistics for moving. Initially, the owner, living in the Key, seems nice and promises excellent service. However, after hiring, communication stops. The team, unprofessional and understaffed, fails to adhere to schedules for pick-up and packing. During our national move, many items arrived damaged, and a guest bed was lost. Attempts to reach the owner, Tiago, for explanations were ignored. Here are photos showing some damaged items.

They never got back to us. Please go with someone else if you move.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. They made promises that were never fulfilled. During our move, they damaged expensive items and then completely missed the deadline with the insurance company. Despite their commitment to compensate us for the damages, we have not received any payment yet, and they have stopped responding to us. We have been waiting for almost 10 months without resolution. I would never hire them again and would never recommend them to anyone. I am starting legal proceedings against them.

We did 3 moves with them, the last one international (US-Portugal) and I have to congratulate the entire team for the professionalism, specially regarding the communication of the central team and the work of the local teams (packing, pickup, unpacking and delivery!).
