What a fantastic company! I reached out to The Poste based on a referral from my neighbor in the Cutler Bay. Aislyn the owner was extremely responsive in coordinating to come and provide a quote! Pricing was fair and competitive and their commitment to complete in 4 weeks helped make our decision to move forward with them 🙂 they stayed in contact the whole time and the work was done perfectly on the Pergola. They did all electrical and lighting - wow! This pergola has been a game changer for our family and guests when hosting. Thank you soo much for being so easy to work with! I have never been lied to so much by a company. I paid $1.8K for city permits to be processed for my fence. When I inquired about it through Insta, they blocked me. When I called, they said it was bc their account was hacked (but the hacker was promoting their services?). They said their permit runner had quit, that the whole company had COVID (twice). Two years later, the permit was never even filed and they don’t answer my calls or emails (still blocked on Insta). Just dishonest, unethical people who should be avoided.

We are extremely satisfied with the quality and professionalism of The Poste Aluminum crew. From the Owner Aislyn and Sergio to the installation workers - everything was communicated and done to the specs. They were honest and a pleasure to work with. We had an old wooden Pergola which we replaced completely and added a kitchen metal railing. Looks 1000x better!

I did business with this company and what I can tell you is they are TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE .I called them several times spoke to the receptionist and never got a call back. Of 2 jobs ordered they measured a door incorrectly which they had to take it back and re do it.
In summary I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM…

The Poste Aluminum has the most Beautiful Mail Boxes. The Quality is Top Grade. Very Pleasant to work with and professional. The Poste Aluminum has great products to choose from. My next project is going to be the Pergola and the Fence in my front side of my home. The elegance of this mailbox is so beautiful it gets a lot of attention. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are scammers! We paid for a mailbox over a month ago and every time we asked for an update they gave an excuse. To the point where the lady got mad at us for asking where MY money is! We already reported this company to the BBB and we filed a claim with Amex. I am posting off an alternate name so this company can't harass me, like they have before. STAY AWAY!
