I walked into C&R Metals about two weeks ago to get a project done in their fabrication shop. It was a simple metal frame, which they executed well, but they got it done two days earlier than they said it would be ready! Unheard of in Miami!! So glad I found these guys. Looking forward to using them for my next project.

Rigo in the fabrication shop jerked me around for two months. Never touched my project. My boat's bow pulpit was bent when another boat came loose in a storm and got tangled with mine. Rigo promised the work would be done in two weeks. After four weeks i dropped by and nothing had been done. He claimed there was a shortage of marine grade stainless tubing and advised my to buy the materials elsewhere and bring them to him. So I bought 24' of 316 stainless 1" tubing and brought it to the shop the same day. He promised that the work would be done by the end of the following week. He never responded to texts about progress. At the end of the following week I dropped by the shop and still nothing. Now he claimed that the measurements he had been provided weren't enough. Mind you this is six weeks into this affair. I went to the boat and made a template and brought it back to him the next day. Two weeks passed and nothing. I am just now picking up my untouched bow pulpit, my stainless tubing, the measurements and the the template. It's exactly 2 months later. I dropped off the bow pulpit on February 23rd and picked it up April 23rd. Nothing was done to it.

I do not recommend C&R metals, in fact you should run away from them as fast as you can, especially Rigo in the fabrication shop. Completely unhelpful and unresponsive.

No pierdas tu tiempo con C&R y con Rigo en el taller de fabricación. Dos meses con mi proyecto y no hicieron nada.

As a newcomer to Miami, with certain fabrication and metal working needs, I happened to come across C&R Metals somewhat by accident. I am SO happy I did. I have never experienced the level of customer service, friendliness, incredible options, reasonable prices, and amazing skill of the folks at C&R. In particular, those that have served me incredibly well, and have become friends, I have to name Jorge, Turi, and Regal as my new friends who always make me feel very special, like my projects are super important. The reality is, I am a very small customer, but they treat me like I am their biggest account. Bravo to the entire crew at C&R Metals!!!

Very organized, but extremely expensive they charge me $5 per cut of a 1/16” sheet of stainless steel, the sheet was $145 and $500 just to cut it up into pieces. Thats ridiculous!!!

Just showed up at 4pm (they close at 5pm) to pick up an order I already paid for and they completely snuffed me. ignored me and locked the doors I'm my face.

I was happy with all aspects of this company until they started withholding my purchases while they have my money already.

These guys are the best! I live on a boat and frequently need custom fabricated parts. From 316 Stainless Steel, to copper, to cast aluminum, Arturo always gets it done quickly at a very reasonable price!!!
