Hello – I would like to share my experience at Key Cycling, which was incredibly positive.
Gerald and his staff are very friendly and attentive and has done a great job at helping me select the right bike for me and my wife. I would like to notify that there was a change of ownership, a year or two ago, which explains the poor reviews of the past. I rarely post, but I want everyone to know that they can go there and be well served at this very professional and friendly shop.
We had a closer bike shop in Coconut Grove, but prefer driving further to be in good hands.

We rented two bikes yesterday. Very nice shop and the guy who helped us was very friendly. The Felt bikes were really well maintained and comfortabel. We got a lock and were asked if we wanted helmets. We asked if he had tips for us, he showed it on a map and we had an amazing time in key biscayne because we followed the bike trail he showed us. First biked in the centre were we saw multiple mansions, then went south. we saw a lot of lizards, iguanas, a raccoon and butterfly. After that we went north wich was also amazing. We would recommend renting a bike here. We paid 25 dollar per bike for the whole day. Would absolutely rent here again if we come back.

We rented hybrid bikes here and had a great time! First of all, their bikes were really good and well maintained/tuned which is great! Their rates are also very competitive. The owner didn’t even want to charge us for the full amount for a full day even though we exceeded our time, until I insisted. Highly recommend!

This is my go to shop for any concerns with my CANYON Endurace! Frank (El Gallo) and Gerol are just amazing individuals... Giving outstanding customer service is their main focus. I don't trust anyone with my bike but this shop! Thank you for your expertise Key Cycling!

5 stars or more for this shop. I was outside when they opened at 10am with my bike in need of repair. The owner grabbed his tools and fixed it in 10 mins on the bench outside while his colleague was bringing all the rental bikes outside. I went to pay and he waved me off for free. Great service!

We had such a great experience renting from Key Cycling. We got the hybrid bikes, and they were Cannondale bikes in excellent condition. Brakes, gears and the entire feel of the bikes were awesome. The service was friendly and professional (Gerold chose the correct size of bike and helmet that fit my husband and I perfectly the first try). Gerold also gave us a map and very detailed recommendations about where to ride, and we ended up having a blast seeing places we would have otherwise missed. He was also very kind and we had no problem when we called to extend our rental. I highly recommend renting from them.

I rented a bike for a week and a had a wonderful time! Very fair pricing for renting it for the week. It came with a helmet and a lock. The bike rode very well and I unfortunately got a flat while riding and I took it back and they let me switch it out no problem! All together great experience with them and if I’m ever back Ill be sure to rent from them again.
