I was looking for a railing or steel company for months to create a custom indoor railing for my stairway. After getting more than 7 quotes from other companies I finally came across Favorite Crafts and struck gold! They had everything I was looking for:
- Build sturdy railings to code
- Attention to detail
- Project timeline
- Price
- Professionalism

Here was my experience in more detail:

After taking measurements and showing the owner my inspiration photos he was able to provide a rough estimate. The price was fair so the next step was to go to his shop and nail down the design. While I was there I saw some of the current projects they were working on and everything looked amazing! (It’s one thing to see a photo on Pinterest, but when you see these projects in person it makes you appreciate the craftsmanship even more.) I picked out my final design and he snapped a photo for the final quote. The price was very close to his original estimate and the quote also included details I was looking for (measurements, design details, etc).

A couple weeks later my railing was installed and I couldn’t be happier!!! It’s EXACTLY what I had pictured and most importantly totally up to code and sturdy. Every time I go up and down my stairs my railing puts a smile on my face. Thank you Favorite Crafts team for making my dreams a reality!

They helped me fix my vending machine lock! I needed to fix one of my vending machines which required some welding/drilling work. Since I don’t have the tools and capabilities to do so. I found this place with some other great reviews and gave it a shot.

They exceeded my expectations, and the two older men working there were extremely helpful and cared about fixing my problem. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs any metal work done, job well done!
