I visited to have a loose strap thread repaired. The greeter (sorry, I didn't catch your name) contacted a specialist for me. Chris, who assisted me, was incredibly friendly and quickly fixed my strap. I was in and out in just 15 minutes. Earlier, I had gone to a cobbler who quoted me $25 and a week wait. The customer service here was exceptional! I will definitely return.

The security said that the shoes were women's, but it's not about what's for man or women it's about experience, and it was not great to be told what it's obvious but the handsome chocolate manager was cool

I walked in the store and was greeted by no one. I walked around the store a bit and was still not offered assistance. I went downstairs and there were 4 workers standing at the bottom of the stairs. They said hello and that was it. I walked around and looked at the men's items. Went back upstairs. Still no one offered to help me. I accidentally went behind a counter and the security guard addressed me. Still no one came to assist me. I went back downstairs and had to ask for someone to show me the bag I was interested in. I ended up purchasing a bag only because there isn't a store where I live. I've had to buy the items I want online. The guy who checked me out for my purchase was friendly enough but not enough to make me return.

I was in today to purchase a new fragrance. I was being helped by Jolina, and I think it's important to take a quick minute to acknowledge how appreciative I am of the incredible service I received. Not only did she help me pick out the perfect scent that I was looking for by asking me a lot of questions based on other fragrances I like (Imagination), but she also made sure we went over all of the possible options that would've been a good fit. I really felt like I was made at home and could not have asked for a better experience shopping today. On my little pamphlet that the receipt was in Jolina wished me a happy birthday also - just an extra touch that makes it even better.
Thanks so much for making my day and giving me a chance to smile, I really needed it!

This is the worst Louis Vuitton Store on the planet. No Professionalism, No Morals, No Values, No Class and No Accountability. That's from management down to staff. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. They need to be humbled. Treat people how you would like to be treated. They should be closed!

I went to the Soho location on Green Street and received some of the best customer service ever specially from one of the managers Lance. Probably one of the best shopping experiences I have had. Such polite, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Truly great experience of all the Louis Vuitton locations I have been to this was by far the best experience I had.
