Unbelievable. We have always come here over the years when we need certain things but sometimes you get a reminder of why you come. My daughter was ill and I wanted to find her some little special thing and Droove pulled it right out of thin air. It was the most perfect gift. And he was such a Pro. They are my stop! This is my favorite one stop shop for all my shipping needs. All the employees are incredibly helpful and kind.

These guys are the BEST!! I’ve been coming to P & P for shipping & art supplies for years, and so when I bought a 6’ sign I needed to get across the country, I knew just who to ask for help. They helped me strategize the best way to pack it up and had everything I needed, and then I was able to ship it right from the store. Thank you thank you thank P & P team!!

My experience in this shop was lackluster. The first time I go into the shop, I come there to get a passport photo cut. Not only does the purple haired-girl at the counter give me her input on whether or not it will be accepted, but was very rude about it as well and laughed in my face, asking me if it was photoshopped. I called the following day to complain about the service I received, and Sujit proceeded to tell me that this was rare behavior from her and to look at their google reviews and instagram because everyone loves them there. He completely negated my experience there as a potential customer. I was able to get my photos print and cut from walgreens with 10 times better customer service than this AND the photo was accepted by the USPS. Please rethink how you choose to treat potential customers in the future, P&P.
