Brad has done several home projects, from door replacements, to repairing our sliding glass window. Besides being a nice guy, he does a killer job! He is clean and thoughtful. I highly recommend this business!

Installed wrong shower door and then made rude excuses why it couldn't be fixed. Was supposed to be frameless but had black frame on half of the shower door. Company Finally agreed to fix the door and replace to frameless and then the company was a no show, but quickly cashed $1700+ check. My experience: Very expensive company, poor service, poor quality, rude and disrespectful business owner that took advantage of senior. Charges should be filed against this dishonest business owner

Brad is always busy. It is easy to get your questions answered, usually. They do exactly what is needed. I've never used them for auto glass, I think that is getting confused with Quincy Glass Co., which closed, now there is a place called Plumas Automotive Diagnostics. Might be a shared shop space where you can get a smog check and/or a new windshield.

These people should be in jail, not business. They installed windows with lifetime warranty. One window had a problem. Owner and wife(?) both were confrontational saying glass problem was not covered by warranty. Ordeal went on for months. I called manufacturer directly and they suspected fraud. Plumas County Glass had filed a claim against my lifetime warranty, ordered and received new glass, then also billed time for repair against my warranty number and address. Manufacturer sent their own people with new glass and did the repair free of charge.

To anyone in Plumas County or the town of Quincy, California you need to be aware of the shady business practices of Brad Ingram.
We rented Apt A from him (apt is above his glass shop at 121 West Main St) during the school year 2013 to 2014. Between 2 tenants we gave a damage deposit of $1300.00 at the beginning of the rental period. When it came time to move out Brad kept all but $110.00 of the total deposit. The apt was clean and left in the same condition it was in when the tenants moved in. That is the key statement here. Leaving the rental in the same condition is was when you moved in.
The worst offence on Brad's part is that he STOLE $144.33 dollars from me by deducting that amount from our deposit for the Quincy water/sewer bill (CSD) WHICH I PAID by credit card to the CSD.
He KEPT (or stole, however you want to look at it) $120.00 to wipe out cupboards and pick up pine needles from the carpet.
$165.00 for professional cleaning of carpet. $250.00 to repaint the entire apt. $35.00 for paint. $16.63 for a light fixture. $25.00 for a deck board.
The apt. was clean at time of move out. Brad did a walk through with one of the tenants and told her not to vacuum the carpet and not to bother replacing the broken light globe- she was planning to take care of both. Brad, by CA law, is supposed to write down any problems so the tenants can take care of any last minute repair/ cleaning. He did not do this. He also did not tell her the apt was not clean enough.
Later he claimed the the place was filthy and that he had photos to prove it. After asking numerous times to see the photos he never sent them to me. After I paid the CSD bill I asked him to reimburse me. He said that now he had new tenants in A he would pay me back. HHHMMM. Stealing from the new renters' deposit to pay me back? BUT I never saw the money.
I looked up the California Landlord and Tenant ACT and all of the things he deducted were illegal except the pro rated rent which we agreed to pay. When I pointed out his bogus deductions he didn't even know what the laws are. Every time I spoke with him he made up a different story. He didn't have photos or he would have sent them to me. He claimed that holes in the wall were one inch in diameter but 3 witnesses say otherwise. Again he couldn't prove it as he had no photos. I spoke to a woman who rented from him 16 years ago and he kept her entire deposit with no explanation. He does it because he gets away with it.
BEWARE- Brad has been stealing peoples' deposits for years and renters need to hold him accountable. Keep record of everything you fix or hang. Take photos when you move in and when you are moving out. I hate to think how he runs his glass business.
I filed a claim against Brad Ingram with the Better Business Bureau and was finally able to get $600.00 back for the other tenant and myself. He still owes 155.00 and he still has not reimbursed me for the $144.33 which I paid to the CSD but he took from my deposit. If you decide to do business with this man, BE FOR WARNED.

They have had my window for about 2 months now. They don't answer there phones and are always closed even when there is a truck outside. Would not recommend it would be less stress on you to just drive to chico to get your glass fixed.
