We purchased a 3 Stop P-100 dumbwaiter from Powerlift for our beach house that we were building. Our sales rep, Larry Reite, was very helpful in the process and willing to talk us through the steps necessary to make sure the size and height of the shaft were correct for the product we ordered. The dumbwaiter came with all the necessary parts and clear instructions to help make the installation go as smoothly as possible. It was challenging working in a 25" by 29" twenty-five-foot tall shaft but all the parts fit together as diagrammed. The dumbwaiter has worked well without any problems for the past six months since the house was completed. Our doors had weather stripping, which makes it necessary to be careful that there is contact for the safety circuit. Overall we were very happy with the product and service.

Powerlift Dumbwaiters, Inc is a fantastic company to deal with. We recently built a new home (owner/builder) and have never had a dumbwaiter before. After doing much research we chose them due to price, location and helpfulness. From start to finish they answered our multiple questions and concerns and guided us thru the process. They have very clear videos and instructions and always respond immediately to any and all inquiries. My sons installed the tracks, and I did all the wiring myself myself with confidence and a few phone calls with Brian. I consider myself a pretty handy woman and did it without help from an electrician.

We love our Powerlift dumbwaiter! We've had it for over 5 years now. We use it almost every day to move things between the basement, main floor, and 2nd floor. I was skeptical when were deciding on putting it into our new home, but once we started using it I never looked backed! It has been a wonderful tool. And in hindsight, the cost of the dumbwaiter is a fraction of what medical bills would be from falling down the stairs with an armload of boxes. We did have one issue recently, which I thought was a major failure. But a short call to the Powerlift tech support, sending a couple pictures by email, and the "major issue" turned out to be just a quick and simple reset required, probably caused by a momentary and ill timed power disruption. We are VERY pleased with our choice to install a Powerlift dumbwaiter and the excellent support from their tech service. Thank you Powerlift!
