Working with ACP has been a wonderful experience. The first year of starting our practice, we had difficulty navigating insurance claims and lost revenue despite working with another billing company. We were then referred to ACP by a reputable insurance specialist. Since partnering with ACP billing services, we gained knowledge about the errors we were making in billing/coding and have been improving over the last couple years. I have used them for twenty years, or more. They are easy to work with and an efficient billing company. They have knowledge about medicare and PPO insurance and other billing systems including workers compensation. The staff is professional The directors are pleasant and helpful when needed.

I do recommend that you orient your office to collect at the time of service and to take an active role in the first sixty days after EOB's come in, to maximize your success in the collections process. ACP does send out statements and even online bills these days, but collections is not what they do.

They are an excellent billing service. Rates are reasonable. My long-term relationship with them speaks powerfully in regards to their work.

We have been doing business with Robert, Vickie, Virginia, and Mike over at ACP for 7 years now. Overall they are the best billing company that we’ve ever worked with aside from other medical billing companies that we’ve worked with in the past. Mike the manager is very sufficient and supportive when it comes to any billing questions or even with helping to explain eligibility for our patients. He’s also been very helpful when it comes to Our Kareo /Tebra EHR system that the billing company offers if you plan to hire them on as a billing team for your practice. I highly recommend ACP if you are looking for a professional Medical Billing Company.

I have used ACP services since 2006. The owners have always been so helpful in many cases, especially initial setup. The percentage charges is very reasonable, worth every penny. All the employees I have had contact with have been very helpful. Denise is our current contact, and she always is cheerful and accurate, and has helped track down claims issues with insurance companies when they have not processed our claims in a timely manner. I would highly recommend ACP.
