Wilson and the young guy who works with him on Wednesday afternoons were both SO kind and helpful. As a brand new cyclist, I was feeling very overwhelmed and frustrated after getting my first ever flat but they were so helpful and taught me so much. While I hope to never get a flat again, I feel so much more equip the next time it happens to me!!! They both need a raise. For sure Superfly Wheels just gained a lifelong customer.

I can never thank these folks enough for their kindness and over- the-top service. I've rediscovered mountain biking when Covid-19 started, and so I got three bikes. My first two were from a chain bike store, while my third, a Specialized Kenevo Comp is from Superfly Wheels. I've been regularly going to lots of trails and naturally, needed frequent repairs and tune ups. I often get disappointing reception at the chain, but each time I come to Superfly Wheels, I get a personalized, small-town, no-frills, non-chain store experience, that is friendly, quick, attentive, honest polite and conscientious. I have never been charged for a tune-up service, and they've even thrown in free minor parts. I am so very amazed and extremely satisfied with Superfly Wheels. And to all of you who are undecisive where to purchase your next bike or bring one for repairs, I tell you this is the place to go!

A+. Not only are these guys extremely knowledgeable and experienced in all manner of bicycle sales, maintenance and repair, but they happen to be about the nicest people around. Outstanding customer service. Not proud to say I got a little frustrated not understanding my own bike/equipment and the team here was patient and extremely helpful in explaining how the equipment on my bike works, how best to use it and keep it functioning properly. I would highly recommend not going to this trashcan of a store I got a flat at the Pleasanton. Dirt jumps and called them asking if they could sell me a tube and install it SHOUT OUT TO WILSON who said to come down to the shop and he will take care of it so i had to walk/run for 45 minutes just to get there and Wilson welcomed me in and said he would take it downstairs to the workshop i said okay and thank you just being polite he comes back 10 seconds later saying he cannot do it i asked him why not because i was on a journey to get there and he replied with the best he can do is give me the tools and i can do it myself but i still have to pay for the tube and the labor charge that they are not even doing i left the store saying i’ll take my business elsewhere and as i was walking out he was mumbling under his breath which is not only unprofessional but disrespectful. thank you for the experience at this store though so now i know not to recommend it to anybody else.

Edit: it’s not even the fact that you guys couldn’t do it, it more of how much of my time was wasted

Unbelievable incompetence.
I went there to buy an extra spare and add some air after having flatted nearby.
The guy just used a compressor to add air to the tire without a pressure gauge.
My bike was right there and he sold me a spare and off I went.
A few days later I had two flats during my ride and after the 2nd one I intended to use the spare they had sold. It had a schroeder valve! And stupid me, I had not brought a drill to make my rim valve holes bigger so I walked next two hours in 100F to get home.

Edit: Below they say that mistakes were made on both sides. I wonder what my mistake was other than trusting their representative being capable of selling the right tube right after he had added air to both tires of the bike. (And there was no leaking tube, I had already replaced the tube on the side of the road before coming to the store, and just needed a 2nd spare as I always carry two spares.)

Great service! The salesperson was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They seem focused on mountain bikes but had a decent selection of hybrids and road bikes, so I was able to track down what I wanted. They offer a lot of perks like free tuneups for purchased bikes, and have a decent inventory of accessories as well. Buy local, it's worth it!

Great service! We stopped there because my daughter's chain was getting stuck. They were immediately able to look at it on a Friday afternoon. Technician took his time until he was able to get it adjusted just right. My daughter found a basket for the front of her bike while we waited. Now the bike is running great and she has a place for her toys. Thanks!

Bought an Intense mountain bike from these guys, and had a terrific experience. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. They tuned the bike for me specifically and gave me some great tips. And the staff takes their time and answers questions, they don't get annoyed and give thorough answers. I'd highly recommend this shop if you're in the market for a new bike.
